Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

Steve came to do quite an urgent job for me of capping some pipes before some other work could be completed. He was able to come at a specific time to work around this which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. Steve was on time and very professional. I'm extremely happy with the work done, price was competitive and everything was left clean and tidy. I have already booked him in to do some other jobs (new radiator and service our boiler). Highly recommended.

We are so lucky to have stumbled across this emergency plumbers. I had an issue with a blocked toilet yesterday and they were out in a flash and had it all fixed with no problem at all. I will be calling again if we ever run into a similar issue fingers crossed we do not.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

Rapid Response really lived up to their name from the start. They responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes. Communication was easy and clear throughout, their price was very competitive. When I spoke to staff at the office to pay the deposit, that was a pleasant and easy experience. John arrived spot on time, Mark joined him to sort out the electrics. My new boiler was fitted and all the controls located in places that are convenient to me, with minimal noise or fuss and John and Mark cleaned up after themselves. John explained how everything worked without being at all patronising, it's sad that I'm commenting on that, but as a solo woman all too frequently it's not the case. So thank you very much John! When the boiler decided to pack in 5 days before Christmas and another company pulling out of an installation contacted Rapid Response Heating. They confirmed yesterday (Sunday) that they were able to help, we had a new boiler fitted by 1pm Monday. Thank you Ben and John for the prompt and excellent service you provided. Perfect installation in difficult conditions. A new boiler and flue fitted within 48 hours of requesting a quote. Freezing conditions with thick snow on a steep roof and all complete by 3pm. Fantastic work and very knowledgable about the subject of various boiler systems. You may think this is to be expected but not all like to share this information. Excellent and friendly engineers. We came downstairs to a flooding kitchen. Water coming from the lights down the walls and out of the windows. I called Peter he arrived that afternoon found the broken pipe and repaired it, but also sourced why the pipe had burst And sorted that as well. Within 24hrs of the call we were back up and running. First time I've used this company and I was very impressed. Told Craig my issue with the boiler and he was round within a few hours, he identified the issues immediately and explained clearly what needed to be done. A small part had to be ordered, after keeping in touch he returned the next day to complete the job to a high standard and a very reasonable price. I will only be recommending Craig to others going forward.

Contacted Mike as I needed an old and non functioning boiler and cistern taking out and a new combi boiler installed. He arrived the next day to assess the job and talked me through the whole process of removing and installing a new system. I found him to be a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young man. He contacted me after the weekend with a price which I was happy with and then arranged a date for the work to be done. The lads who came to do the install were friendly and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process as to what they were doing and when the work was finished they cleaned up and left it very tidy. The work was done in less than eight hours and the whole process had taken 8 days from initial enquiry to completion. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough and will definitely use their services again. Thanks for a great job guys.

I contacted Mike yesterday as it was almost as if our boiler packed up altogether. I sent over some pictures or what was going on. He came out first thing this morning had a look and knew exactly what was wrong. He is very knowledgeable and polite very easy to talk to! We're just waiting for our new boiler! Having had unfortunate experiences with previous plumbers/gas engineers we were eager not to get it wrong this time when our kitchen ceiling suddenly sprung a leak & we feared it was coming from the bathroom radiator. We were recommended to use Ace Gas & after reading nothing but good in their reviews called them out. Gareth arrived as & when agreed to assess the problem, he was courteous, friendly & professional but could find no obvious cause of the leak immediately. Therefore we agreed to him returning (today) to attempt to locate the problem. He again arrived as & when agreed & set to work immediately removing the bathroom floorboards where he found no evidence of water for over an hour but still persisted until he worked out that the problem was actually originating in the loft & due to a previous plumber not having isolated one of the pipes. He then proceeded to rectify the leak, put back the floorboards & tidy & clean up. His attention to detail, determination to get to the bottom of the problem were second to none & work ethic were second to none. We would most certainly use & recommend highly Ace Gas, infact we have already booked them for our boiler & gas fire 12 monthly service.
