Adam resolved a number of major problems which were caused by a previous contractor's shoddy workmanship. He is knowledgeable, thorough and professional. An excellent plumber/heating engineer who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. I had a blockage between my kitchen sink and my bathroom which was causing the bathtub to gurgle every time I turned on the sink. Dan was quick to respond and diagnose the issue and his brother Sonny came the next day to fix it. He did a really thorough job and worked very cleanly, taking the time to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix it. Price was also reasonable, would recommend and use again.

Late review, but I had a major issue (flat got flooded due to faulty AC installation) which needed a report from reputable plumbers. As the AC company refused to admit fault. Sonny came out and did a great job. He carried out a thorough investigation, eliminating any possible issues. He explained a lot of things to us and gave his professional opinion on the matter. His brother also came out to take a look to confirm what Sonny had told us. Sonny then provided us a detailed, neutral, and concise report. They're really knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them for any plumbing work, big or small!

I had the pleasure to work with Sam and Lloyd on many projects over the years. I can honestly say they are the best people I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Since the first time I spoke to Sam, he put my mind at ease straight away, showing knowledge and already giving me an idea of the possible causes to the plumbing issue I had. Lloyd knows his stuff about plumbing and heating and he’s one of the few people left in London who can get your Aga or Rayburn up and running again. Is rare to find professionals with such knowledge and understating of your system and appliances and I will definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating or any general building work carried out. If 6 stars was an option, they definitely deserve it.

Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left.
