Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Brilliant work by Colin to locate the leak from the incoming water, require experience and investigative work. Found the source of the leak, which was a split fitting and got it repaired, checked to ensure no leak and filled it back in. Very happy of the work done and would recommend to anyone who have leak/plumbing issues at home!

My boiler was installed in 2020 and I have only had one fault. This was rapidly resolved, with a replacement part fitted by Vaillant. The annual service has always been carried out with professionalism, by very efficient engineers.

Very speedy call out, explained what the problem was and the remedy and most importantly the approximate cost. Worked quickly, cleared up any mess, which was kept to a minimum anyway. Both engineer and person who took the first call were polite and helpful, I found this company to be very professional.

I'm very pleased I chose Trade Force to replace my old boiler after it was shut down. An engineer came round as soon as possible to assess the situation and was very helpful. Received the estimate the same day and was impressed by their detailed offering. After getting a few other quotes which were unsatisfactory I decided on Trade Force. They're a local company so no impersonal call centre. Always spoke with the same person in the office, who always helpful and communicative with prompt responses to emails too. This all makes a huge difference. The engineer and his apprentice who came to install the new one were great. They worked really hard and had to deal with an unexpected electrics problem early on in the day. They sorted it out and got on with the job, working very well as a team. They also had to deal with some problems with the old walls in my kitchen and they managed very well. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very polite. They cleaned up very well before they left and explained everything to me that they'd done plus provided some tips on how to get the best value out of the boiler and energy usage. My flat is now the warmest it's been for years. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience and the result therefore I can highly recommend this company.

I have been using this company for many years, both for my own and my rental property. I have found them to be responsive, efficient, honest and reasonable. Over the years, Tradeforce have installed a new gas boiler, power flushed my system, sorted out problems with the emersion tank, competed annual safety checks etc. This morning I had no heat or hot water. I sent an email first thing and by lunchtime the owner of the business, Michael, had attended my property, sorted the problem and got my heating going again. I would highly recommend this company, without reservation.

From stat to finish I couldn’t be happier. I called with an urgent carpentry job. To cut the legs and ladder down on my daughter’s high sleeper.
