I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

I recently had a new radiator fitted by this company and am happy to say they are lovely people as well as professional in what they do. I have used this company for different jobs in the past and they have always delivered to a high standard.

Sandhurst fitted a completely new shower after an on-going leak damaged the original, as part of a buildings insurance claim. Very impressed with the quality of finish, attention to detail and professionalism of the team - particularly Cenk and Lukas who managed the project. Would highly recommend.

Minar was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment I called, I could see the difference between this company and the others I called before. Minar immediately asked me follow up questions to help diagnose the problem, explained possible scenarios, provided advice and gave me cost estimates. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He then walked me through resetting the thermostat on the off-chance it would solve the problem, which it did! I'm planning to replace the immersion heater anyway and I will definitely be using his services again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Best Gas have done quite a bit of work for me over the last month. Updating plumbing, converting my heating system and fitting a new boiler. Minar and Mo are great. Great professional service. The gentleman VJ was very knowledgeable punctual and professional with the services offered. Came out to fix a boiler for me and replace two radiators and fix a leak under the kitchen sink. All jobs done in a matter of hours to a very professional standard and reasonable rates. I called heat flow after 7pm and the engineer came with in 30 min to an 1 hour. On arrival he was polite and understanding as I was stressed about my heating all day. The prices where affordable considering the emergency call out quotes I got from other companies. He fixed a leak in my radiator and sensor in my boiler. Now I have heating back on for the winter and cosey nights again. Thank you heat Flow I'll definitely recommend this company.

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. From that point on communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate me on the day of my choice. The engineer who came to do the boiler service was punctual, professional and got the job done in good time. The invoice and payment process was also quick and efficient. I will be happy to use Aren again.

Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. I can't recommend him enough!

Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Lee was so helpful over the phone when I called on a Sunday evening about my boiler. He talked me through the potential issues & advised me to increase the pressure on my boiler myself instead of getting a call out. The issue was resolved, I didn’t have to pay for a call out but Lee will definitely be my first call if I ever need a plumber again. Fab customer service!

Got the job arranged easily and quickly (Lee’s communication was great), and Ali did a great job installing the items.
