Kevin has been amazing with fixing our boiler on a very short notice on a weekend. His customer service and responsiveness are second to none as he went above and beyond for us as a customer and even checked on the problem again almost a year later during a routine boiler service. Would strongly recommend Kevin and his company for his workmanship, reliability, customer service and a very friendly approach.

Kevin from Boiler Experts fixed my boiler today, even though his was extremely busy he took the time to call and came to my home. He is very knowledgeable, and has a great personality. I would recommend Kevin with out a doubt to me his dose exactly what it says on the tin excellent work and he cares!!!! Although Kevin did fix my boiler the fan broke Kevin came over the day I called took the fan to get it refurbished, he picked it up for us and fitted it the next day. The service was second to none and he could have said you need a new fan but he didn’t!!!! His pricing is fair and if he can give you a good price he will without ripping you off like some traders do. Kevin kept in touch for a week after fitting the fan to make sure all was good. Where can you get service like this? I am a Pensioner and would recommend Kevin to anyone, he is trustworthy and excellent at his job he is the EXPERT Angie & Peter Ruislip

Kevin is amazing at his job. He talked us through everything and chose the best boiler for us (without ripping us off). He’s an absolute godsend and got us up and running with heating and hot water in a day and half. Honest,reliable and trustworthy. Thank you so much would definitely 100% recommend.

We're extremely satisfied that we chose Kevin to replace our old boiler with a new one. He's professional, very safety conscious and meticulous when he's working. Kevin works hard and explains what he's doing, he's very tidy as he works. He's also courteous and sociable. Brian, a probationary heating engineer, was there to assist in whatever way he could. He was eager to learn and helped to keep the work area tidy. He too was friendly and polite. He was able and trusted to do some jobs by himself. He will do well being mentored by Kevin.
