I have never seen someone so thorough when it comes to carrying out a service on my boiler he carried out checks other engineers have never done. Other engineers always seem to be in a rush to get out, good time keeping and communication he made sure he new what boiler I had before his visit, I will be asking for the same engineer on my next service.

Delkan provided excellent service! He checked out our boiler, replaced the pump, and installed a new thermostat. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Eddie was referred to me by a drainage specialist following severe blockages. I contacted him a couple of months later to ask him to replace my kitchen sink and toilet. I am over 70 and he kindly advised me on the items I needed and purchased them on my behalf as I would not be able to drag them into my small flat. On the day he did the work, he and an assistant arrived at 9.30 as promised. There were a couple of complications that required some extra small items. The job was finished by 3.30 despite him having to go out and purchase the items and I was very happy with the end result. I found Eddie to be totally honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, so much so that I have recommended him to my son who owns an Estate Agency in Clapham which Eddie is willing to travel to.

I called this plumbing company when I had an emergency leak. The person I spoke to was friendly and really helpful on the telephone, an engineer arrived within 30 minutes and solved the problem within the hour, which was due to a problem with my upstairs toilet. Reasonable price, very efficient and friendly. They also cleaned up there mess which was a plus as I have had contractors leave there mess behind for myself to clean up. Highly recommend to anyone reading this. I have already recommended to a friend who needed a heating job done.

We experienced amazing customer service from Billy Wilgar and his team during the recent cold spells our boiler had broken leaving us with no hot water or central heating. Billy personally drove to Sevenoaks to pick up the replacement part and dropped it at our house at 8am and the plumber arrived in the afternoon and installed and did an excellent thorough job. This was all done within 24 hours! Many thanks to everyone!

The landlord has a contract in place with AC Wilgar and they have been out several times to fix boiler and heating problems. They do the best they can and always get everything working. Just wish the landlord would sign of on them doing all of the required/advised fixes... I'd have no doubts ACW would get everything 100%.

Brilliant company. The owner Billy personally came out to do a quote, where from then on George and Aaron fitted my new boiler.....all providing exceptional service. They came out the same day to check and fix my Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. Although I had to wait most of the day for them to show, the work was done in a decent amount of time. The price was a little more than I believe it should have been, but the work was completed. The service man Charlie was very personable.

Managed to squeeze me in between jobs for a boiler repair. After being unable to specify when he could get to me, Lawrence called as soon as he knew he was going to be in the area to ensure I was home. Lawrence was polite, respectful of the property and efficient in getting the boiler up and running - with a note to wait a few days before settling the bill just in case a sensor needed replacing. Will use again.
