Zach was able to fit me in on the same day and quickly identified the likely problem over phone. I had no running water so when he came to inspect he isolated the problem and fixed it within about 30mins - super quick, professional & friendly, kept the place clean and tidy as he worked, had the tools and parts he needed to hand. I was provided with a quote up front so no surprises when it came to payment. Nothing to fault and highly recommend - I would use him again.
