We had a gas fire to be fitted and having looked at local gas safe registered engineers online this guy seemed the best, and what a lucky choice! I can only agree with previous reviews, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took good care in his work. Was kind enough to call by after I rang him this morning and fitted the fire for us the same day. Did a very professional job, taking the time to complete the installation fully even though an extra part was needed. I would certainly recommend.

Abs is a total god send. My boiler totally gave up on me at the wrong time.  Over the course of having no boiler for a week we got told by 3 different engineers that there was nothing they could do and the only option was to get a new installation. We luckily called Gascom Heating and Plumbing and spoke to Abs, from calling, to him coming to the premises was fast, prompt and very professional. He was the only one that actually opened the boiler and looked thoroughly to see if it was repairable. He explained everything he was looking for and doing, and always kept us informed on all aspects and stages of the job. He managed to get the boiler working after spending hours changing parts, diagnosing other problems, and even managed to service the boiler and make sure it was gas safe. From what I saw and experienced he is a very knowledgeable and a highly skilled, professional engineer, his prices are very reasonable and fair compared to other quotes we got. There is no doubt I will call Abs in the future and would highly recommend him to friends and family. Great job from start to finish! Thank you!

Abz is a great find, who did an excellent job installing our Nest Thermostat, as well as conducting a boiler service and gas safety check at the same time. He was knowledgeable, polite, great at comms before coming round as well as being a nice & interesting bloke to chat to. I look forward to seeing him in a year for my next service!

We had a smart meter installed and it turned out that we have a gas leak, which left us without heating and hot water last week. I contacted Abz to see if he can fix this for us. He came on a short notice and did a spectacular job in what turned out to be a very complex and demanding job due to multiple leaks being identified and severe access issues. Abz is clearly a skilled gas engineer and can quickly identify problems and work efficiently towards solving them. Most importantly, he doesn't shy away from difficult jobs and truly cares. I am extremely grateful for the work he as done as he went above and beyond to make sure the gas is restored at our property as quickly as possible, which involved working on Friday evening or Sunday.
