Dripping Tap – Excellent Service by Plumber Karl I had an issue with my kitchen tap dripping, and Karl arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment. He quickly assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem. Karl isolated the water supply and removed the old tap cartridges, discovering that lime scale build-up was preventing the cartridges from fully shutting off the water. Karl sourced and fitted new tap cartridges efficiently. After reinstating the water, he tested the tap to ensure everything was functioning properly. I highly recommend Karl as a professional and reliable plumber. His expertise and attention to detail made the entire process seamless!!

Had a major electrical problem with my house alarm. I had amazingly prompt service. In this case it was Ben who was so helpful and experienced. Sorted it well within the hour and even voluntarily got my WiFi, which had nothing to do with the alarm, working again. He’s my hero. And I love the efficiency of the office, email confirming appointment etc..which I think was down to Trish. I can’t wait for my next emergency so that I can call them in again. (Okay, maybe that’s going a bit far…but I love them).

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

Anytime plumber changed the basin and bath taps in my bathroom today,they came on time and did fantastic job they are based in Kensington and Chelsea but they have plumbers all around the areas and will be with you within hour very reliable

Today anytime plumber installed the water filter for me they are based in Kensington but they have engineers all around London they arrived in my door within 50 minutes of my call done a perfect job

What a great plumber! Super helpful, informative and good value for money. Had boiler issues for two weeks and gave up with the previous plumber. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. I can't recommend him enough!

Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He was super friendly and approachable, could not recommend more if you need any boiler work done.

Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back.
