Lots of positive things to say. Fast response even though it was over the holiday season. Karl came prepared with suitable parts to repair and service my gas boiler. Worked quickly and left no mess. No quibbling over invoice and payment. He also fitted my new kitchen tap at short notice. I'll definitely be calling him again for any gas or plumbing jobs.

Dripping Tap – Excellent Service by Plumber Karl I had an issue with my kitchen tap dripping, and Karl arrived promptly for the scheduled appointment. He quickly assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem. Karl isolated the water supply and removed the old tap cartridges, discovering that lime scale build-up was preventing the cartridges from fully shutting off the water. Karl sourced and fitted new tap cartridges efficiently. After reinstating the water, he tested the tap to ensure everything was functioning properly. I highly recommend Karl as a professional and reliable plumber. His expertise and attention to detail made the entire process seamless!!

The service was exceptional! A quick initial visit and a problem solving approach to the problem of my shallow shower trap leaking. Other plumbers first solution was to cut it out at massive expense. They found a replacement part and fixed the seal quickly, and at a much better price. Lovely friendly helpful guy, highly recommend!

I called Mishaal at around 8 pm on a Friday evening, as there was a leak in the apartment. He could not come but still tried to help me over the phone. This was very much appreciated. He very kindly called me the following day to check up on the apartment, and told me he could come and see how everything was. As this was still needed, I happily took his offer and I have 0 regret: he was very professional, straightforward, honest and open. He checked what needed to be checked with great professionalism and care, and confirm some jobs that needed to be done and rose some issues that needed to be looked after in the forthcoming future. We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

Mario was exceptional compared to other plumbers I’ve had in the past, I had a 3 day job of moving my boiler and Mario completed it in only 8 hours, He left the job with the area nice and tidy, gave me a great price. Very Professional I strongly recommend.

I refurbished my kitchen and bathroom using another contractor but later found out the work wasn't completed to a high standard and a few things weren't done correctly. I found Mario's details on Gumtree who came to assess the issue, quoted me a reasonable price and fixed the issues that I had. For gas safety certificate, I also use his service because I know how professional he takes his work. I'd definitely recommend AK plumbers.
