We have used CW Plumbing this past year when we moved into the area for a number of jobs. Each time they have been punctual, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Colin communicates with us really well, and we have always felt confident with the work he has carried out. Quotes are always clear and detailed, and offer good value which is reflected in the quality of their work. Our most recent project (which should have been a simple service and check) quickly became a much more complex job due to past issues with the boiler which emerged during the job. Colin was amazing - working with the manufacturer to solve the issue quickly by focussing on finding a solution, and making multiple visits and saving us a great deal of money in the long run.

We had a bath that was leaking and Colin was brilliant. It had an old part that was hard to replace but he managed to find a solution. He communicated well, was proactive in solving the problem and kept suggesting new solutions. You could tell he cared about getting it fixed and doing it in a timely and efficient manner. Couldn't recommend him more!

Ethan managed to get Liam to me at short notice, he arrived earlier than estimated time and was very polite. I had water marks on the ceiling and had noticed water underneath the cold water tank in my loft. Liam managed to resolve the problem. Excellent service and quick response, I would recommend.

I had the pleasure to deal with Ethan, Alfie and Sam. Ethan and Alfie came very promptly within an hour to do some emergency works cleaning a private shared line of 3 manholes and severely overflowed galley in the property I'm renting. These guys are highly exceptional. It's very clear that they are passionate about their job and highly knowledgeable about the trade. Even from the first moment of contact, Ethan was extremely responsive, well-spoken and polite. You immediately know that you are in a good hand the moment they arrive as they have such a positive energy. They are also extremely friendly. No job is too big or to small, I'm aware they also do industrial scale projects, and they carry them all out to the highest quailty! I can't praise them enough! The workmanship is exceptional, they had no problem for me watching almost the whole process. Extremely thorough and clean! The alley was cleared from sewage spillage and left spotless even the manholes! Can't believe manhole can look that clean! They made sure the blockages were absolutely clear. They did everything! Including getting in touch with the water board to check the assets and identifying all the connected pipes from the neighbours They took their shoes off to go inside and even asked permissions before even using my bins. You don't always get this level of politeness from other trades people! They are also more than happy to answer my questions and I did have a few! I also had to contact the office for a few queries and Sam was nothing but helpful, polite and extremely accommodating. They also produce a very very good report after the completion with photos they took. I cannot thank these guys enough, not just they fix the problem to the highest level, I also learned a lot from the experience by just watching them work. One day when I have my own place and hopefully based in Kent, these guys will be the first to come in my mind for my chosen contractor. All the very best.

Professional and friendly and know what they are doing. Firstly I had an emergency at the weekend and these guys turned up quickly to fix the issue. I then needed some Thermaskirt fitted to replace a radiator and these guys did the job perfectly, really taking care to keep the workspace clear and the finish the job well. I love what they did and will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

This is simply a great shop. Old school service, unbelievably friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. First time I went in there, Ken the owner gave me the small part I needed for free ! As for the people leaving poor reviews here, I literally don't know what planet they are from. The 'rude' old man Ken Is nothing of the sort. He's an absolute diamond.

Went to get the tools needed to change my bathroom tapes. The young man who served me was very helpful and changed my o ring and gave good advice on which shut off valve to use. I also brought 2 off them. Would differently recommend this place. Been Going for 50 years. Once again thank you.

I am no plumber or expert. My tap stopped working. I knew it was the valve, i had no idea about what part to buy. But i had the old broken valve, i took it in and asked if they had one. They looked at it and immediately knew which valve i would need. A good price, got a nice new valve. The tap handle was chipped and i got a new matching set of those too. Much cheaper than buying a full tap replacement. Good prices and good knowledge too. Thankyou. They take debit/credit card too. There is free parking round the back at weekends.

100% reliable. Happy to recommend. I'm adding to my review which I left a year ago to add that after having done such a great job for me ( lots of different jobs that come with moving house), I booked him again even though he's 30 miles + outside my area. Steve put together lots of flat pack furniture, mounted TVs to the wall, put up blinds and tiled my bathroom to enable a shower to be mounted to the wall. A pic of his handy work is below. He gives really good advice/suggestions and goes the extra mile. Happy to recommend 👍🏿

Does What it Says on the Tin (but better) ......quality workmanship and attention to detail for a reasonable price. Great communication & customer experience - quick response time, attends when he says he will, does what is required to be done with a quality finish, cleans up, and all without drama. Very highly rated and is now my go-to first choice for any work required to my own home or rental properties.
