Quick, helpful and very good value! We had a leaky WC cistern and a radiator that wasn't heating up. Eddie and the team were friendly and efficient throughout and I very much would recommend them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

Josh and his team did an incredible job replacing our combi boiler and adding a few new radiators. Even though one of the new radiators had a hairline crack, Josh and his team were quick to identify this and rushed to get a replacement. Would highly recommend Josh and his team.

Needed a boiler replaced urgently (leaking and not providing hot water). The guys at Pulse were excellent - came and surveyed gave me good advice and steered me away from some more expensive options to a cost effective solution. When they came they arrived on time and worked all day to finish the job quickly! Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Raj amd Patric from Gasify. Raj was punctual, polite and tidy- I barely knew he was here when fixing our boiler! He was fully transparent regarding pricing and didn't go straight for the most expensive option. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and highly professional. I highly recommend.

Patrik is highly organised, reliable, friendly and seems like he really cares about his business. He obviously knows boilers inside out, and doesn't over-charge. This will be my first port of call next time we have any plumbing needs.

My experience with Gasify to have a yearly boiler check done while I was away has been great! They are very trustworthy, respectful, and competent, so I could be 100% relaxed while they were carrying out the work in my property. Raj, the plumber who did the check, has been very polite, he arrived earlier but he didn't mind waiting for my cleaner to open the door. Everything was completed as agreed with no problem whatsoever. I do really recommend Gasify as a service provider and Raj as one of their plumbers!

Nick has done a few jobs for us recently, including draining the system, fitting a new valve and checking pump and boiler. A really nice guy who explains everything in simple terms so you can understand it. Happy, chatty and very professional. I would definatley recommend and wouldn't consider anyone else..

100% reliable. Happy to recommend. I'm adding to my review which I left a year ago to add that after having done such a great job for me ( lots of different jobs that come with moving house), I booked him again even though he's 30 miles + outside my area. Steve put together lots of flat pack furniture, mounted TVs to the wall, put up blinds and tiled my bathroom to enable a shower to be mounted to the wall. A pic of his handy work is below. He gives really good advice/suggestions and goes the extra mile. Happy to recommend 👍🏿

Went to get the tools needed to change my bathroom tapes. The young man who served me was very helpful and changed my o ring and gave good advice on which shut off valve to use. I also brought 2 off them. Would differently recommend this place. Been Going for 50 years. Once again thank you.

I am no plumber or expert. My tap stopped working. I knew it was the valve, i had no idea about what part to buy. But i had the old broken valve, i took it in and asked if they had one. They looked at it and immediately knew which valve i would need. A good price, got a nice new valve. The tap handle was chipped and i got a new matching set of those too. Much cheaper than buying a full tap replacement. Good prices and good knowledge too. Thankyou. They take debit/credit card too. There is free parking round the back at weekends.

Forget B&Q, they would sell you anything even if it’s wrong and they did. I went to Kenons, finally got the right toilet seat, the guy even put the fixings together for me & explained how to fit it. Service you just don’t get in a big store, I won’t ever go anywhere else.

I highly recommend, Ben's Plumbing. TOP quality service, professional, service delivered in a timely manner and without procrastination. For reference, they fixed a major leak in my apartment after a disastrous bathroom refurbishment. They also completed the finishing in my bathroom, sealing, installed heating rack etc. This company is a rare find indeed, if I could give an extra star I certainly would!
