I don’t usually write reviews! The customer service received here the other day was fantastic and very professional. Would definitely recommend, came in for some information and help as I am looking to update my bathroom after a friend of mine recommended Plumbing set Ltd. Hayder was very polite, attentive and provided myself with the relevant information and answered all my queries and concerns.

Excellent place to buy bathroom equipment. I received excellent professional help from Hussain. He took his time to advise me on what I should be thinking about when buying the things that I required for my new bathroom suite. He even spoke to my bathroom fitter when I wasn’t quite clear with what I should be getting. I purchased everything from the Plumbing Set shop in Kingsbury NW9. I did my home work and shopped around, visiting many bathroom specialist but in the end Hussain was just brilliant and very honest and the prices are excellent considering the quality of the bathroom equipment is of a very high standard. 'Speedy' repaired a faulty toilet in my mothers flat. He was punctual, courteous and efficient with communication. I am not a plumber but he could explain in layman's terms what he was going to do and why etc, not try to waffle on in 'trade' talk to confuse my mother. He was well below the prices of other quotes I had received, as he was able to repair the toilet as opposed to other quotes saying "it needed replacing, there was no way it could be repaired etc etc". He also gave my mother advice regarding how to stop water/gas herself in the flat. All in all, I could not recommend his service highly enough. 6 Stars, and have already passed his details onto family and friends.

I had my kitchen done by HRS construction limited , Zak and his team where very helpful, organised and kept to my time frame. I would definetly recommend using this company.

There's only great things to say about Zak and his HRS Construction team. We had a large extension project with many unusual challenges. The extension needed piling, lots of steel frame work and a lot of bespoke glass detailing. We went through around five different builders for quotes and site visits. Found Zak to be the easiest to communicate with and he also came up with the most competitive quote. We also had two recommendations from friends. It was thus an easy decision to go with HRS. And we don't regret that decision. He is a perfectionist and the entire work was done to a very good standard. He is very easy to communicate with and never fussy. Never made us feel that we were asking for too much and rose up to all sort of challenges. Zak took care of all the plumbing (we had a new boiler and Megaflo tank), four new bathrooms, changed all doors, hinges, architraves and skirting boards, all new switches and sockets. There was extensive painting work involved and the work is as good as it can be. However hard one tries, there will be minor problems that show up after the work. Zak took responsibility and cleared up everything quickly. He is reliable, honest and very knowledgeable. The wood cladding at the back was a challenge, but he completed it to better than what we expected. Would highly recommend Zak and HRS without any hesitation.
