Astrit (and his colleague Castro) fitted a brand new boiler in my parents new flat last week and were both simply excellent in every way - extremely professional, courteous, efficient and more than capable, they did an outstanding job in fiting the boiler, ensuring it was safe (as the previous one had started leaking) and that all taps and radiators were working and up to standard. I took Astrit's card as I honestly would recommend him and his team to everyone. On top of all that both he and Castro were a delight - very friendly and very easy to get on with. Many thanks indeed!
My tenant had a boiler issue and I found Astrit on Google late at night , I messaged him and he responded within minutes. He FaceTimed me and then I put him in contact with my tenant , he showed and advised her how to fix it and resolved the problem immediately. People like him you don’t come across and he was very kind , polite , respectful and helpful just for the sake of helping me and my Tenant.
I wanna give a big Thank you to him , I will be using him for the future for any future problems and passing him to all family and friends.
