Can’t rate Perry at Heating & Gas Solutions highly enough! He was amazing, very kind and professional too. Had our heating issue fixed super fast and gave us great advice for the future too. Highly recommend.

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Perry is thorough, prompt, very helpful and a lovely chap. Couldn't ask for an easier process. Thank you Perry!

Perry was outstanding. He quickly identified the issue with my underfloor heating, ordered the necessary parts, and installed them efficiently. His communication throughout the process was excellent. I will definitely be using his services again when needed.

Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

We found Joseph one year ago when we bought our house. He has done several jobs for us already to a great standard. He replaced our old boiler to install a combi-boiler, he changed some broken radiators, installed some bathroom vanity and help us replaced a tiny dishwasher by a big dishwasher. Joseph is reliable, friendly and does a great job. He is our go-to plumber and we are very happy we found him!

I first used Joe’s services about 6 years ago when we needed a new tap fitting at short notice. I called around and Joe managed to slot me in at the last minute. He did a very good job where others had failed and I liked the fact that he had an apprentice in tow, which I think always says good things about a person. We used him again a couple of years later to service our boiler and he got it working so well (others had failed to spot an issue with the system - and blamed us for having an irritating boiler) and we’ve used him ever since. Last year we had building work done, which required the services of a good plumber. He was our absolute go-to. He installed a new boiler after adding and swapping a number of radiators and he changed an old shower cubicle, which was a tricky job. We’ve tried a number of plumbers over the years and Joe is by far the most skilled, reliable and efficient. He’s also fairly priced. Last of all, Joe is a really nice guy - friendly and easy to have around. Very highly recommended.

Joe was friendly and efficient and made the process of replacing our old gas hob and oven with a new gas hob and an electric oven very smooth. He kept appoi tents when promised and his charges were reasonable. Highly recommended.

We have used Joseph's services several times during the last 4-5 years: He installed our new combi boiler, plumbing for our new bathroom and shower rooms and currently services our boiler on an annual basis. Very happy with the service provided by Freddie. We had a blocked drainage pipe and the sink was leaking everywhere. Very stressful to say the least. Great service from Freddie. Arrived within 2 hours and proceeded to clear the blockage within the main drains by removing encroaching tree roots. Also lifted difficult and heavy drain covers set within the patio without causing any damage. Can breathe a huge sigh of relief. A job well done!

My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. I am really happy with the job done by Chris and Adrian. I've invited an engineer to fix robotic valve responsible for hot water, but they have discovered some more hidden issues with the heating system controller and have rwired it properly. I am going to use their services again.

I called Fast Response and they confirmed the issue would be dealt with early afternoon. With that I was happy but 20 minutes later I was told an engineer would be with me soon. Another 20 minutes & the engineer was here dealing with the problem - very knowledgeable & informative. Very quick resolution and resolved in less than 2 hours. Would definitely use again
