As always Richard and Chris provided excellent service relocating a radiator that involved some drilling out of the concrete to divert the pipe work. They not only did a perfect job, they were on time, to budget and worked very cleanly. I have used the team from Paul Benham Heating on a number of previous occasions and wouldn’t use anyone else. 100% reliable and efficient.

I have worked with Richard and the team at Response Plumbing for many years on a number of small things. The time came for two new bathrooms at once and Richard delivered a high quality product in both. There were a few issues that Richard rectified and his attention to detail and refusal to accept lower quality made us very confident and secure in his ablity. Both bathroom are amazing and Richard resolved some bad decisions we made, proposed an alternative, then left us with a quality bathroom. 100% would use again, if you want it done right, complete project management, refusal to accept mediocrity the call Richard today.

Richard visited my mothers today too replace very old bathroom mixer taps , After establishing it was impossible without replacing the bath which my mother did not want Richard did a fantastic job repairing the existing taps. I found Richard to be very professional, honest and showed a lot of care and concern for mum’s safety within the bathroom . Stuart has completed a few jobs for us over recent years. He fitted new central heating throughout the house as we previously had an air vent system, fitted under floor heating in the kitchen, a new bathroom shower pump and a water softening filter. Stuart has always been very professional, takes time to explain the work required and answer any questions, and has very good ongoing communication. I would definitely recommend Stuart.

I have used JT plumbing and heating on 4 separate occasions now and will always call them first. Every occasion has been impressive. They know their stuff and I trust them not to gouge me. What more could you want? On the most recent occasion Billy was on site within an hour, did his best to resolve a tough blockage (which I knew might be the case) but he recommended a specialist drain rodding company and then didn’t even charge for the time spent. I would have been happy to pay, but this is service at its best.

Ross is an excellent plumber and heating engineer who I've been using and recommending for the last 7 years. He has solved a range of problems with the boiler, radiators and shower that I inherited when I moved in, always working to find and resolve the issue. He installed a new boiler for me and has kept it working like new 5 years on through regular servicing, and replaced multiple radiators and shower parts over the years. He is polite, explains what he is doing and the costs, never pressures you into a decision and always does impeccable work.

Rob project managed a complete bathroom renovation for us including ripping out old bathroom, electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and supply of bathroom suite. Service was professional and tidy and the finished job is lovely. The quoted price remained the same with the exception of added work which was at our request. The addition of extra work was carried out with no issues. Will definitely use Rob for future plumbing work.

We had an emergency leak problem this evening and found Stephen's contact via a local group where he was highly recommended. Stephen came promptly even though it was late and he fixed the issue. He is very professional, polite, friendly and explained and showed us what had caused the problem and replaced the broken part.
