had an emergency last night when a major leak flooded my kitchen, and I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber to come to the rescue. Not only did he arrive promptly to stop the leak and prevent further damage, but he returned today to ensure everything was thoroughly fixed. Was transparent with everything too. He even helped me remove a door, which was way beyond his remit, showing how much he genuinely cared about getting everything back to normal for me. As a woman alone with a child, I also felt completely comfortable and supported throughout. He was not only highly skilled and professional but also kind and easy to get along with. He even took the time to inform me about a couple of people on Checkatrade who are dodgy, showing he genuinely cares about his clients’ well-being and not just the job. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service—highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

We had a leak in our flat and, called out Prime Plumbers they arrived within the hour. managed to repair the leak with a no time at all and also scheduled back in for remedial work. Brilliant service and will definitely recommend to friends and family. What to do is run the tank from the tap downstairs downstairs until it’s half empty and let it fill back up again and then go outside and check the overflow to see if it’s leaking from the outside of the building
