Yearly boiler service. Always efficient, punctual and thorough. Interested in questions and has given good advice. Very good communications via email. My present heating system was installed by Gary's company and well maintained ever since.

I've used Gary's services twice in the past year: to fix a problem with an old boiler and more recently to install a new boiler. Gary was open and honest about our old boiler (he wasn't pushy at all) and kept it going for 6 months before I called him asking for a replacement. He had to put up with my dog barking at him too so I would give him 6 stars if I could. I'm very happy with the new boiler. The installation took less than half a day and his work is neat and tidy.
