A friend recommended Paul of 1Barr Plumbing & Heating to me several years ago and I am super thankful for the introduction as he is a rare find. Paul is outstanding in his professionalism, skill and knowledge, super reliable, fairly priced and also a great person to work with. Over the years Paul has done all sorts of plumbing jobs on my homes in Esher and Cobham and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is simply the best!

I have used Paul for many years after he was highly recommended by a friend. I have since recommended him to several others. It is worth so much to have a respectful, honest and pleasant person working in your home. He services my boiler annually but has also carried out other jobs such as fitting a Hive Heating System and replacing kitchen taps. Just send him a text/email and he responds within the day. Declan was very prompt in responding to my request for help. Very tight, tricky drain that was unreachable by hand. He attended very quickly within the hour. He was very clear with pricing. Very reasonable and affordable. Loved the clear honesty that he said, "If I can't fix it I won't charge you". He was thoughtful, tidy and took the time explaining how the blockage had occurred and how to prevent it happening again. I would NOT hesitate to recommend his company and services for any further drainage problems and he will be my first go to in the future. Very satisfied customer.

Great service by Declan. He’s been a saviour of our weekend. He came promptly and cleared the tough kitchen sink blockage with his perseverance. He made sure to not leave the job in half finished state. He worked until the blockage was completely clear and water flowing just like a new pipe. I really appreciate his efforts to go extra mile for the satisfaction of the work. And what he charged was quite reasonable for the time, effort and skill he had to put into this job.

Stephen serviced the boiler very competently and explained how to check and register the original boiler installation, which the installers had not done.

Always great to see Steve at Panacea for our annual boiler check. Having installed the boiler 10 years ago he has looked after maintenance every year working diligently, timely and with care.

Steve of Panacea Plumbing installed our boiler a few years ago and has serviced it yearly since. Late yesterday our Boiler started tripping the breaker at the fuse box. Steve came around after a days work to troubleshoot the fault which ended up being the central heating pump. Fortunately for us Steve had a replacement pump he could change out. We were relieved to have a working Central Heating system working again thanks to Steve. Steve is a pleasure to deal with, reliable and professional. I highly recommend him.

JLM have been to my property 4 times. Twice for emergency plumbing to stop a leak from the outhouse. Twice to service the boiler. Every time arrival times and expectations were set in advance and kept to. In the two emergencies they went above and beyond to be helpful and efficient. The two boiler services (thankfully for me) went without a hitch. I have every confidence that had there been issues they’d have been fixed. Such a brilliant company, very responsive to communications, always on time, reliable and all of the team were professional and friendly. JLM saved us when we were in a very sticky situation, they went above and beyond to get us up and running with a new boiler after ours was not working and deemed unsafe. Clive engaged very quickly after I requested a quotation for the work. The price he gave me was based on a day rate plus material (replacement shower unit). He was very flexible when I had to move the start date and has remained very friendly and has communicated well over the 4 days of the work being done. The current shower unit had to be removed including some of the shower unit fascia tiles, then the new shower replumbed, impacted tiles replaced plus grouting and silicone seals. All of this has been done to a high standard and the shower is fully functional. Would recommend highly.

We needed to remove old shower cabin and install a new shower. Clive has got a great expertise regarding this matter. He did a gr8 job not only in installation and plumbing but also in tiling. His advice on selection of required components – shower, tray and screen – was extremely useful. Although, the project took about 1,5 weeks we barely had any inconvenience as everything was done with immaculate tidiness. Looking forward fo have him back to fix some issues with upstairs bathroom and other bits and bolts.

Clive is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He has put in a new shower pump and fixed the cistern in our toilet. Both jobs were done with a very high degree of professionalism. He is very personable, honest and trustworthy. He is easy to get on with and his rates are very reasonable. I have no hesitation in fully recommending him.

I was wanting a new shower, new toilet and radiator to help with making it easy to get in and out of my existing shower. From initial discussions with Clive he listened carefully and the wok was completed professional Whilst completing the project Clive was clean and tidy. The work was completed to a high standard and beautifully decorated and has very much improved the look of the bathroom which I look forward to using soon. I would recommend Clive for anyone else looking for improvements to their home in the future. Clive is friendly, considerate and Is multi-skilled.

James was very quick to respond (my request was out of hours), was at the property at the time specified and sorted the heating problem (a new programmer was needed) there and then. Very impressed with the level of service, responsiveness and his handling of the job. Would definitely recommend.

James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. This was all based on trust: you don’t often come across that these days! Thank you, James!

James, was amazing. Spoke to my wife and talked about what he thought the price would be. Managed to fit us in, in what must be the busiest time of year for boiler engineers. Fitted an additional part at no extra charge. Even wore little blue plastic socks to cover his shoes. Highly recommend, will use again. Needed an emergency weekend callout to fix a leaking radiator. Water Patterns sent out a skilled engineer immediately, who fixed the leak and gave me some very useful advice for my boiler and central heating. Spotted a host of problems I wasn't even aware of! Highly recommend this company.

Used this company because of the reviews and being local . Cold water loft tank removed and replaced. Gordon the plumber arrived more than promptly, set out everything for the job , explained everything to be done . Approx two hours later ,all done, finished, tidied up and everything in working order . The reviews were correct , well done to this local company.

So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!
