I contacted this firm on an urgent basis when my very elderly parents were left without heating. Mike and his wife were incredible and it was arranged that they could be round there to sort out the situation that same morning. It is so reassuring to have a local firm who offer great customer care at a competitive price. They also went back on Christmas Eve to once again help my Mum navigate their new system when she became confused. This is over and above good service.I cannot praise them enough and have recommended them to everyone I know. Absolutely brilliant!

Hot water tank leaking on a Friday evening, but Mike replied to our enquiry quickly, gave immediate reassurance and booked work to start on the Monday, completed by two very competent young guys, couldn't have been any more thorough and very polite.
