Fantastic service, can’t recommend highly enough! Will definitely be using them again

At the worst time when it was -7 degrees with a 5 week old newborn, our 25+ year old boiler broke. I contacted Sole Solutions who immediately responded and made arrangements to attend. Gez was exceptional throughout - reasonable costs for the call-out and labour, he kept in regular contact with me about arrangements and, despite it being a very busy time due to the weather, had the boiler ordered, delivered, fitted and up and running with heating and hot water within 4 days! Was an absolute blessing in a stressful situation. I would highly recommend.

Giuseppe replaced a faulty thermostat on our boiler and also gave it a service. Top job all round. Lovely bloke and very professional. Will be our go-to plumber from now on.
