Graham is a genius! He’s worked on our house for over 10 years and in that time, he’s installed two underfloor heating systems, adapted our central heating, and regularly services our gas boiler. Due to the nature of the house renovation none of the jobs have been straightforward, but Graham’s ever positive manner, planning and attention to detail has ensured all systems work faultlessly. The quality of his work is exceptional and he goes the extra mile – such as hiding a manifold system inside a cavity wall (photo attached). His knowledge is huge and he has a genuine passion for what he does, offering honest advice and solving every problem you can throw at him. He is the consummate professional; friendly, trustworthy, efficient and just great to have around. In my opinion there are few like him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

I would highly recommend Graham! He recently attended to balance our radiators and reconnect one that we had moved. Graham is so knowledgeable and friendly, and he took time to explain everything he was doing. He had to order a part and came back promptly to fit it. We’ve used Graham for several home plumbing related issues in the last 18 months. I can’t recommend Graham highly enough. He’s very responsive (even for a small job), does a really thorough job, takes real pride in his work, is reasonably priced and a great bloke too. Fully recommended!

Fantastic service from Ben and the team this week. We finally took the plunge and updated our old heating system. Ben was great from the start, explaining the process, sending a quote and completing the job within the time frame. They were really clean and considerate to us as there were times we were at home. We now have a fantastic and up to date heating system in our four bedroom house which is much more fit for purpose. Can't recommend The Works Plumbing enough. Thanks Ben and team 🙌

Ben and his team are excellent all round. Expert in all aspects of plumbing and heating. Professional, efficient, clean and tidy and very personable. Ben has carried out many jobs for me ranging from new taps to a whole kitchen/shower room refit. He has also installed a new boiler and an unvented hot cylinder for me. All jobs done brilliantly.
