We've used this firm for plumbing on two occasions now. They have been utterly reliable, turning up on time and doing the job perfectly. Indeed the last time the person who came went further then he needed to, going back to his office to find some fresh insulation to an external pipe then returning and fitting it for us. That was not part of the job I had called them for. And they do not charge ridiculous prices! I am pleased to recommend them and will be happy to use them again if and when need be.

I had a problem with a blocked toilet. Mario arrived to my house 1,5 hours after our initial conversation over the phone. Within 15-20 minutes he fix the problem. Super fast and efficient. Highly recommend. Good pricing as well.

I refurbished my kitchen and bathroom using another contractor but later found out the work wasn't completed to a high standard and a few things weren't done correctly. I found Mario's details on Gumtree who came to assess the issue, quoted me a reasonable price and fixed the issues that I had. For gas safety certificate, I also use his service because I know how professional he takes his work. I'd definitely recommend AK plumbers.

I had a going leak with my walk in shower for ages. A few different plumbing firms would re silicone and never do a permanent fix. Called the near me team and one of the managers came out for free. He carried out full inspection and recommend to remove the walk in shower and replace with a shower tray. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was amazing. I would definitely be using them moving forward

I’ve been have issues with bad smells and flys at the back of my property for years. We’ve used a handful of other companies throughout the years and no one could give us an explanation. Called near me plumbers, Tony carried out a cctv survey and found a cracked clay pipe underground. He had to dig to expose the old clay pipe and replaced with new, couldn’t be happier with this company would definitely be using again!

We had a plumbing issue that a few plumbers weren’t able to fix which turned into an emergency and we ended up calling Near Me Plumbers on a Saturday at 8pm.. Arthur and Ali showed up within 1 hour (!!) and were extremely thorough, professional and just the best plumbing experience we’ve ever had. They fixed the issue by 1pm and we couldn’t be happier. Their 5-star reviews speak for themselves, they really are that good. Won’t be using anyone else from now on!

Charlie was recommended to me by another company as they were unable to help with a water tank problem. He arrived promptly and at the agreed time which is great and worked with me and my working hours. He was quick to identify the problem and within 48hours (over the weekend) he was able to get the part needed and fix my water tank. We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. The service we received from Tim and Luca to replace a Worcester Bosch boiler in our house, was absolutely outstanding. Before quoting, Tim came round to meet us and look at the positioning of the boiler (several other companies just asked for emailed photos in order to give us a quote). He spoke factually about the job and his business, which was reassuring, rather than bigging up or giving the hard sell, as others did. His quote was fair (not the cheapest or the most expensive, which was over £900 more), and we were pleased to go ahead. Tim and Luca arrived at the agreed time and worked hard until the job was finished. They both took time to make sure that each aspect of the fit was done properly, ensuring everything was working correctly, looking good and addressing our concerns before leaving. The service they gave was impeccable. I couldn't recommend Richmond Park Plumbers highly enough and look forward to using them for boiler services and anything else that needs doing, for many years to come.

The service I received from Tim installing a new Worcester boiler in our home from the initial quote phase to completion of installation was first class, five stars!! Faris was a nice guy and a great engineer, not only did he fix my boiler he also gave me some advice after I had been scammed by a different company who put a lot of pressure on to upsell me a new boiler. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from the Reliant team. My boiler broke over Christmas and reliant were recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint. Ricky was round quickly to diagnose, and was reluctant to tell me all of the problems there were with my very old boiler. I decided to replace it and again received fab service from Dennis. They responded quickly, have done great work, were clean and tidy despite having to move multiple appliances to reach the boiler, took their time to show me how to use it and even took care around my pet! All of this for an incredibly reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back for any issues I have in the future and would recommend to everyone.

Reliant are an excellent group of plumbers/heating engineers. I've used them a number of times, ranging from installing a new boiler through to gas safe checks and general plumbing and cannot fault them. After our bathtub suddenly stopped draining in a house we moved into relatively recently, we called about midmorning, hoping to just get someone within a day. Instead, Advanced Plumbing had someone out in about an hour, who fixed the problem by about noon, for a fairly reasonable price. Kel is an amazing plumber.. I had concerns about the length of the job as other plumbers had indicated it would take 3 hours at least (to fix a leaking sink and cut a radiator pipe which first needed to have the system fully drained)... I was also concerned that the creamy carpets would be left dirty after the work. Kel wrapped up the work in just over 2 hours and left things spotless.. I can tell that he takes great pride in delivering top notch service and doesn't just treat it like a job. I also noticed him cleaning his tools after completing the job (which in my opinion shows that he is meticulous). I was keen to learn more about plumbing and he took the effort to walk me through the steps that he was taking to remedy each task. Ultimately, if you are looking for an honest plumber with a superb skillet, he's your go-to guy.

Great service. They were initial subcontracted as part of a building project to move a boiler, but I actually got them to re do the whole heating and hot water system! And then got them back this week to put in a new shower unit above the bath. So would 100% recommend to others. Straight talking, hard working, high quality professionals - so probably not the cheapest you can find but definitely competitive pricing.

Really pleased with the recent service from Jac and Nick. Our boiler died just before the cold snap and we were left with no central heating and no hot water. They came out and quickly diagnosed that the boiler was ready for the scrap heap and walked us through our options and the costs. We made up our minds and within a short space of time the team arrived to migrate us on to a combi and remove the old boiler, immersion and loft water tank. All done in a couple of days and with very minimal disruption even though the house’s old pipes and weak gas pressure tried to derail them. The lads were very calm and expertly resolved any potential issue and have left us with a toasty home and restored hot showers. Would highly recommend them and will be using them for other plans we have.
