Highly recommended! We needed to replace a toilet pump, and a few weeks later needed an annual boiler maintenance. Both performed by Adam and his team professionally, on time, in a friendly manner and with fair prices. Would definitely use their services again.

I came across Adam and flush plumbing & heating via Valiant as we needed to get a new boiler due to our ideal boiler one down. Adam was able to quote over email with photos of the existing boiler and set up and his price was the best of all the quotes I received. Research into the positive reviews made me decide to go with Adam and I am glad I did. He arrived when he said he would and removed the old boiler and installed our new Valiant boiler within the day which was one of the coldest days of the winter. He also balanced our radiators and now the whole house heats evenly. I would recommend Adam for any boiler work you need done and will contact him again for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

Maintracts are the most reliable, knowledgeable and customer oriented plumbers that I have encountered. I’m so impressed with them that I never go anywhere else. Their costs are reasonable and they are available 24 hours a day. It’s a Sunday afternoon. My boiler suddenly stopped working and after one call its was fixed within 15mins! We've used this firm for plumbing on two occasions now. They have been utterly reliable, turning up on time and doing the job perfectly. Indeed the last time the person who came went further then he needed to, going back to his office to find some fresh insulation to an external pipe then returning and fitting it for us. That was not part of the job I had called them for. And they do not charge ridiculous prices! I am pleased to recommend them and will be happy to use them again if and when need be.

We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

Steve’s been our plumber for about 12 years now and is always great at reaching out when we need our boiler serviced. Whilst he was here I noticed that one of our radiators was hanging off the wall on one side. He was happy to fix this whilst he as over.
