Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. We had a central heating shut down. I try and use local services where possible and called Ashtead plumbing and heating. Charlie was very helpful and despite working all of Saturday, still found time to call by on his way home and diagnose the problem which was a faulty water pump. Two days later as promised on Monday morning The job was completed for less than he had estimated which was a bonus! Charlie was polite, friendly, and professional. Charlie and his team provided an excellent service while installing a new boiler. The work was completed in a day and a half as promised and to a high standard. From the initial swift response to my request through to the installation and commissioning of the new boiler Charlie and his team were hard working courteous and professional. Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly. Great service, would use again definitely.

Holloway Bathrooms disconnected an old sink for removal and installed another with a boiler water tap. I'm so happy with the results and glad I came to them for the job. As I was away when they were carrying out the job, they kept me well informed and updated on their work flow. Aswell as when they were carrying out the work and some product issues they had (that were supplied by myself), that they also resolved. They'd be getting my recommendation👍
