Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.

Niall came out today and replaced our leaking tap. He was amazing and so helpful as well as replacing our tap he took the time to look at another issue and fixed it as well and he explained everything so simply. We will definitely be using him again. Thankyou so much

Superb service. We have just moved into the area and were concerned about choosing the right people for servicing our boiler, without going to the “big suppliers”. Neater Heat proved to be a great choice! They sent round a young engineer, who was friendly, polite and most of all, knowledgeable! He was able to advise us on the operation of the system, as we had not had a combi-condenser boiler before! He also helped us to work out what was best for our thermostat zones and identified an issue (that we are happy to get done). He discussed maintenance without hard selling it and generally left a great impression! I started the review with the word “superb”… it should have read: “Excellent Service”!! I have no bother in highly recommending Neater Heat!!!

Omar replaced a leaking valve on one of my radiators. He responded quickly and fixed the problem. He was efficient and courteous and provided some very helpful advice. I am very happy with the service provided and can recommend him.

Omar from Actfast got our incredibly broken central heating system working again on one of the coldest weeks of the year. The system was broken in multiple places meaning it was difficult to diagnose the issue. As such Omar had to be very systematic about his approach to diagnosis and repairs. He communicated clearly what he was doing, why he had to do it, and what he thought the problems were. He provided an efficient, friendly and transparent service. We'd recommend Actfast to anyone.

I called ActFast and was connected to Omar, the issue was my Dad's old and faulty electric shower. Omar made every effort to source a replacement and install it on the same day, certainly living up to the company name to ActFast. He also carried out a quality installation and I could not have asked for anything more, thank you Omar.

Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Adam took on the challenge of improving our hot water system, after a builder left us with a huge mess. Adam has recently installed a Honeywell EvoHome system for me. We have a large, 1950s house with solid walls. Adam was very thorough in his survey, recommended where to site the controller for best signal, and even altered the piping to one of the radiators to put the HR92 in an optimum position for reception. As well as this, I had an antiquated setup with the pipes around the boiler and cylinder and with the wiring which Adam reworked whilst reusing as much as possible to keep costs to a minimum. Throughout his two days here, Adam was cheerful in the face of (1950s-era) adversity, chatty, tidy, etc. His knowledge of heating systems and some of the physics behind things is exemplary and should be a shining example to all his peers. I had two quotes for this work and Adam's was half the price of the other one because he recommended a pragmatic, keep it simple approach rather than trying to tackle everything at once. I anticipate a boiler upgrade in the next 12-15 months, and Adam will be the first person I call. I highly recommend Adam and look forward to working with him again in the future.
