From my initial enquiry to a home visit/quote and getting the job done, you'll quickly see how professional, knowledgeable and passionate Freddie is about his work. I found FH Heating & Plumbing through instagram where you can clearly see regular before and after project updates at incredibly high specs and finishes. When I need a job like this doing (my boiler), I don't want cheap and cheerful, I need the job done once and properly. When coming across Freddie's page, I could see clearly that I would be getting quality. Upon his visit (to which he was considerate of Covid compliancy) he jumped straight in with diagnosing the problem without the anticipated 'humming & Hawing'. Freddie explained to me the issue and said he could resolve the problems with a few cheap parts and labour. I was expecting him to condemn the boiler, but he said I could probably get a year or 2 more from it. I decided to get a few quotes for a new system whilst he was here and I just couldn't believe how little it was! So much so I went with the new boiler option. Furthermore, Freddie got straight to it! He had finished the rip out to a new fully operational heating system THAT SAME DAY because I was without any heating or water!!! Just Incredible. I was so impressed, I had to take pictures of the care and pride he took in the pipping etc... I have referred Freddie to about 10 others and booked him in to sort my bathroom out - again, just check out his before and after pics on instagram/facebook! Thank you Freddie and team. Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. Danny was great from start to finish, I had my boiler replaced and he gave me an honest and reasonable quote. When he came to do the work and realised that all of the quoted work was not required, he let me know straight away and adjusted the job/price accordingly. He turned up on time and was very polite and tidy throughout, keeping me updated on how the job was going. He also adjusted some radiator pipes for me which I only mentioned once he was here, with no issue. Overall, I am very happy with Danny's work and will be using him again for any plumbing/heating work in the future.

Danny came out last Thursday, provided a quote on the same day, carried out two Rad replacements, boiler service and some additional recommendations he made, all on the following week. Very clean, tidy and prompt with all his communications. Completed all to a satisfactory standard. Danny was absolutely incredible. He came very promptly both for the quote and for the repair. He knew exactly what the issue was. He had to complete take out a leaking pipe inside of our cistern in our toliet (the white one which I’m pointing to in the photo attached) and he was extremely efficient and carried out the repair with the highest quality products and manner. He’s very professional, friendly, super easy to get along with and also very tidy and he made sure to keep me informed. Just a quick thank you and a mega shout out for our knight in shining armour James the plumber First of all we had sold our house and leds than a week before the big move the boiler packed up, a call to our usual plumber who I might add did not get back to us I resorted to social media and James responded. He came out look found the problem ordered the part was back within 2 days to fix boiler all working great. We moved knowing we needed a new boiler and went straight to James job was priced which I may add brilliant and completed very fast. James is a very knowledgeable polite and straight talking young man. Have just had James around at extremely short notice and everything is fixed with good advice on how to manage moving forwards. Lee supplied and installed the Google Nest 3 smart thermostat in our home. The whole process was easy and really impressive; the website is well designed and simple to book, all communication was clear and prompt and there was even a tracking link for his arrival. After a pro installation Lee spent time to help get the thermostat connected to my phone and demonstrated all the features of the device. I've been using James as our plumber since pretty much the point when we moved in our home a few years ago. Always polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The prices of his services are very reasonable too! He just did our annual boiler service and fitted a new tap in the kitchen, with the latter not the easiest jobs due to plumbing set up of the previous unit. Will certainly continue to use his services in the future!
