I came across Jack who was prompt getting back to me as we had a urgent problem with our boiler and I can’t express how great Jack was he went above and beyond to help with the repair of our boiler and managed to do our boiler service within 3 days with a few hour notice as we needed it done before we could exchange to move. Jack was sympathetic towards me as I was very very stressed and he went out of his way to actually help me. Highly recommend him!

Jack came and quoted for installing new boiler and gave me confidence in knowing his stuff straight away about different boiler models and changing shower pump. Had a very ‘can do’ attitude and kept me informed throughout the installation and checked what I wanted if there were options. Very professional and good to have in the house. Now in December I wanted to add that now I’m using the heating, I’m very happy with how it’s running and the thermostat and timer is great.

Extremely happy with the service received. Was given advice over the phone on how to temporarily, but safely, restore heating to our home before Jack from Progas had availability to visit in person. Following an investigation by Jack, the problem was permanently resolved along with advice on how to improve the heating in our home. Due to the professional and honest advice given by Jack, I immediately booked him in to carry out his recommendations. The quality of his work was exceptional and within the price quoted. All work was carried out within the given timescales and cleanly with no mess.
