I’ve been using OnTrack for the past three years to service my boiler, and Luke has handled each visit. He’s highly knowledgeable and always polite. I wouldn’t trust any other company for my heating needs.

Very fast reliable company, phoned up on the Tuesday as we had no heating, came out the same day and found the issue. Gave me a price to repair but we decided to replace as our boiler was very old and they managed to have it fully fitted the next day. Phone call to completion in less than 24 hours! Have used this company for several years to service our boiler. They are professional, friendly, tidy and go above what is expected. They have found a couple of issues, which they resolved without fuss - one issue was possibly unsafe and engineer couldn't leave without sorting, I only found out after and I wasn't charged for it! Small job, but had an issue with our toilets built in cistern. Called on the Monday and fixed by the Tuesday morning. Very nice guys found the issue and fixed it straight away. Couldn't recommend HP much more or for the service and quick turn around 👍🏻 Had also serviced our boiler last year.

Mark and Tom who did the work of upgrading two radiators and changing the water supply to our washing machine from a gravity feed to a mains feed were, again, very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent work and left everywhere clean and tidy. This was the first time I had used Alfords but as my previous plumber had retired I booked a boiler service with them on the recommendation of a friend. Fantastic service from being able to book online through to engineer arriving as per the appointment and with invoicing and payment online, what could be easier! Very friendly, polite and well informed guy (Phil) who was extremely helpful. No mess and treated my home with respect, even taking his shoes off without being asked! Would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a first class, fuss free plumbing service at a very reasonable price. I will certainly be using them again.

We cannot thank Paul and Sam enough for their fantastic service. They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Thank you Paul and Sam for the most professional and responsive service, you are stars.

This is the third time I've used SC Plumbing and they delivered excellent work once again. I had a kitchen stripped out and replaced. They oversaw the whole project, advised as necessary, cleared and prepared the room removing unwanted items, then fitted a new kitchen from a design I'd agreed with Howdens. Throughout the job, whenever little unforeseen issues cropped up, Phil and the team were quick to respond and deal with it all, keeping calm and professional throughout. I felt in safe hands and they got through the work quickly, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. I love the new kitchen and from previous work, know that their after service care is just as good as their installation. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
