Highly recommend Simon and Flash. He was hugely responsive and helpful on a Sunday during the Christmas break and was able to come out the following day to fix our boiler. Very efficient, polite and got the job done in super quick time. Thanks Simon!

Simon has been servicing and maintaining my boiler for the last 4 years or so and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Sadly this time I took the decision it wasn't cost effective to repair my 16 year old boiler and Simon has now installed a new boiler for me. Absolutely top class service. Got back to me quickly. Fixed my leak in my airing cupboard and serviced my boiler the next day and replaced a pump that the previous engineer put on upside down!!! Friendly and very reasonable price too. No hesitation in recommending Simon.

Highly recommended! An excellent and professional service from requesting a quote to completing the work (a running tap in a hard-to-access place and servicing an unvented cylinder/water softener). Easy to arrange, excellent communication, and arrived as promised for the next day time slot. Invoice exactly as quoted, plus some free advice on additional insulation, and how we could easily do it ourselves. Five star work.

Having had an extension done a few years ago, we have had multiple issues with the new plumbing. Those plumbers have since gone out of business (shock) - and i struggled to find a plumber who could come in and fix the various issues honestly and with integrity. I was finally recommended to Simon and I'll never change! He's responsive, upfront, clear and fair. He runs it how a business should in 2025 with clear and quick invoicing and whatsapp messaging.
