Just a quick thank you and a mega shout out for our knight in shining armour James the plumber First of all we had sold our house and leds than a week before the big move the boiler packed up, a call to our usual plumber who I might add did not get back to us I resorted to social media and James responded. He came out look found the problem ordered the part was back within 2 days to fix boiler all working great. We moved knowing we needed a new boiler and went straight to James job was priced which I may add brilliant and completed very fast. James is a very knowledgeable polite and straight talking young man. I had a new kichen sink put in and old one removed and pipework under sink reconfigured. The guy who came was on time to the minute, really nice, professional, polite and worked in a clean and tidy way and disposing of everything that needed to be. Fantastic workmanship, replacing the flush system on my toilet where the cistern is housed in a unit. The top of the unit would not come off so Jamie only had the smallest of spaces to fit everything in via the upper front panel. He even re-fitted the piping to the right of the cistern so there was now a valve. Top guy and top job! The photo is how Jamie found it and the little access space he had to complete the work inside. I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I needed a plumber who was experienced in handling macerators, to sort out my mother's one in her bathroom. I chose LDA because they had good feedback. Lee arranged to visit and look at the job required. He was super with my very elderly mother, reassuring her that it could all be fixed. Although the job wasn't urgent, Lee went above and beyond to get it replaced and the new one installed. It is so good to find local tradesmen, who are reliable and are good with their customers too. Lee and the team have helped me a couple of times now. First to sort out the plumbing to install my dishwasher and more recently to fix my leaky shower. They have a great attention to detail and a genuine care to give good customer service. With some services I feel a bit undermined or bamboozled but Lee and the team are personable, relatable and most importantly… they always turn up and get the job done! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Several years ago GasFix installed a new heating system for me. The work was done quickly and neatly with all debris cleared away at the end. Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

CH boiler replacement: Saturday midday requested 3 contacts through online site. 30 minutes later received call from Phillip Smith. Saturday evening visit, excellent advice and instant quotation at a very good price. Monday installed and fully up and working despite being in a tight space - old boiler removed and cleaned up afterwards. Good choice of boiler, excellent choice of supplier/installer. Knowledgeable, friendly, competent and local. The very highest recommendation.

Phil came to the rescue at my house for a gas leak. As you do, I had three people around to assess the work and provide a quote, his price was very reasonable and I felt he was the most professional. He is really friendly, listened to my concerns and provided his own ideas for the best way forward. He explained everything to me at a level I could understand. The work required the gas pipe being rerouted. He completed the work quickly and left the site clean and tidy with minimal disruption to the house. I cannot recommend Phil enough. Thank you 🙏🏼

I was lucky enough to find Phillip from Thermoglow Plumbing and Heating when the twenty year old gas boiler in my parents house broke down. This was a huge concern for me as they are both in their eighties and I do not live close enough to look out for them directly. Phillip quickly assessed the situation and booked them in as an emergency installation and was on site within a couple of days with a replacement boiler. He also had to relocate the flu and various other aspects of the old system to bring it in line with modern safety regulations. He kept me updated on the progress with calls and pictures. He was also able to reassure my mother who can be anxious in situations like this that things would be fine. Maybe this was his biggest achievement! I highly recommend him and he will be the first contractor that I call if anything goes wrong in the future.

Small job, but had an issue with our toilets built in cistern. Called on the Monday and fixed by the Tuesday morning. Very nice guys found the issue and fixed it straight away. Couldn't recommend HP much more or for the service and quick turn around 👍🏻 Had also serviced our boiler last year.

Have used this company for several years to service our boiler. They are professional, friendly, tidy and go above what is expected. They have found a couple of issues, which they resolved without fuss - one issue was possibly unsafe and engineer couldn't leave without sorting, I only found out after and I wasn't charged for it!
