I first used this business 3 years ago as they were local to where I live. In this time I have used the company on 6 occasions.One of these was to install a new boiler unit and radiators. I have always been more than happy with their prompt attention and level of work carried out to resolve problems.Their price points are very competitive too! Fabulous company. It's great to find a company with fully qualified oil fired boiler engineers. Tom Sutton Heating responded when I had a problem over the Christmas period. I felt that they went out of their way to sort the problem. The communication was excellent, keeping me informed at all times how things were progressing. Elaine in the office was quick to respond to any queries and the two engineers were excellent and nice guys too. Highly recommended

We have just had our annual boiler service completed by Tom Sutton Heating. We were given a very reasonable quote. The engineer arrived on time, performed a very thorough service and clean, explained clearly what he was doing and cleared up afterwards. The bill was as quoted.I would happily recommend.

Rowan has looked after my late mother's boiler since she moved into a flat over 14 years ago dealing with servicing and any other queries . We have now rented it to an elderly couple not in good health. It recently stopped working during the cold weather. Rowan came out to investigate and much to our relief the following day a Friday replaced the boiler promptly and leaving the couple warm and settled . Without hesitation would recommend him
