Fantastic service from start to finish. The installer of my new boiler couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Very happy with the service and the installation of a new boiler. The engineers were very polite and did all of the work in a very professional manner. They also removed all packaging and old materials leaving everything clean and tidy. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.

We had boiler breakdown last weekend at the peak of the winter. Although i have boiler cover with some other service provider, but they have turned away. I called Ampella for help. They sent a very professioal engineer on the next day to check the fault on the boiler. The engineer detected the faulty component very quickly and replaced the part on the same day and fixed the problem on the boiler. This has avoided me going for a boiler relacement which would have been very costly. In future i will not sign up for any boiler breakdown. I will reach out Ampella to look after my boiler for sure!

Leon completed a tricky job with speed and no fuss just before Christmas and at short notice. He left the site clean and tidy with the new boiler working. I highly recommend Ampella. They are extremely courteous and considerate and nice to have working in your home.
