Matt at Hopkins Heating did a fantastic job today completing a boiler service as well as replacing my central heating pump and mid-position valve. All work was completing to a very high standard and all areas Matt worked were left as clean as when he started. His advice and technical knowledge of the system was very friendly and professional and his honesty and openness about options is very refreshing. Matt has completed two jobs for us - an annual boiler service and the replacement of the thermostatic radiator valves. On both occasions he was punctual, communicated well, went "above and beyond" with a couple of little add ons, was efficient, polite, neat and tidy. Overall I have no doubts about recommending Matt - he delivers very good quality workmanship and represents good value for money.

Matt from Hopkins Heating did an excellent, professional job. Our radiators were not heating and a power flush had been recommended, but it was reassuring that Matt did his own thorough assessment before starting. As well as the power flush, a new pump was fitted along with other changes to ensure the system worked well. We were fully consulted throughout, including how to deal with a stubborn cold radiator and seeing the amount of sludge pulled out of the system at each stage of the process. It was a bonus that Matt is familiar with properties in the area. Highly recommended.
