Since contacting him, Phil has completed a couple of plumbing jobs for us including fitting basin taps, an outside warm tap and cistern innards. All work has been quoted for reasonable prices and carried out to a very high standard. Combined with prompt arrival, good communication and ensuring everything is tidy on completion, we can’t fault Phil’s plumbing work. Would highly recommend.

Phil came out to fix my leaky cistern within a couple of hours of contacting him. The job itself didn’t take long and has solved the issue. Phil was polite and friendly. He left the area clean and tidy. I will definitely use Phil again for any future plumbing issues

I have used Phil about 3 or 4 times now. I have always found him exceptionally prompt, responsive, polite and easy enough to understand. He appears thorough and thinks through all options and potential problems before he actually starts any work. So far I have had no problems with the quality of any of the work. Whilst it has all been fairly small maintenance work rather than big projects, all the things he has done are still in great working order. He remains my 'go to' plumber.

We cannot thank Paul and Sam enough for their fantastic service. They came out to us on the same day to determine the issue and sorted it a few days later, bearing in mind we had 2 bank hols in that time. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Used KA Watts in our old (new build) house to service our boiler as they installed it and they were brilliant every time. We then moved slightly out of the area to an old house and switched to a different plumber for a boiler install which turned out to be a mistake as they left lots of faults...one of which was a gas leak that was found when our meter was replaced. We called KA Watts as we knew from before that they were a quality company to help with (albeit in a slight panic as gas shut off due to a gas leak is not what you want to hear...) and the lady on the phone was very helpful in finding an engineer that could help us the same day. They turned up, fixed our gas leak and checked everything was okay before turning the gas back on, and it's safe to say that I'll be going back to KA Watts for any plumbing or heating related needs - I should never have strayed!

They came and sorted my workshop sink plumbing, I expected it to take all day it was sorted within 2 hours, no mess or water on the floor. Plumber was a lovley guy very friendly and efficient. Was happy to follow all security/safety measures in place for the workshop. Couldn't recommend enough! Now instead of taking 10 minutes to fill a water bottle it takes 2 seconds and no more stink creeping out of the sink!

Called K A Watts due to an expansion tank constantly running, very quickly arranged for an engineer to contact me. The engineer was happy to video call to diagnose the problem, parts were ordered and within a few days the issue was resolved. Very happy with the works and service they provide.
