I recently used KJP for a powerflush of my central heating system, and the results were outstanding. My radiators are now working perfectly, and my home heats up so much faster. Gas Boiler failed just before Christmas, EPH were recommended to us by a friend of my daughters. To say they were amazing is an understatement, Paul and Sam replied to our email and text message very promptly and arranged a visit at the busiest time of year. Paul diagnosed the boiler fault within five minutes of arriving, ordered the required part immediately and returned to fit it as soon as parts arrived at the suppliers, two days later. We are so grateful as it was bitter cold and the house had no heating or hot water, everything now working perfectly. Thank you Paul and Sam for the most professional and responsive service, you are stars.

I employed the services after a quote consultation being excited by their professionalism and product range. We agreed the start date which was conducted with enthusiasm and staff arrived promptly with eagerness. The strip out went smoothly and was kept clean and tidy. (2 days) Unfortunately having to live in the house during renovations some of the preparation before the new components were fitted to the property it was left very untidy and not to the previous standard. After a little tooing and froing with the project manager this improved. We supplied the tiles for the project and their plasterer and tiler were both efficient, respectful and did a first class job. The second fix who finished off the fitting of all other components also met the same standard and left the area and property clean when leaving. We are very pleased with the final result which took slightly longer to complete than first quoted. Thank you.

THT were fab throughout the whole process. A fair quote given for the job, clear & regular comms of when & who will be attending to work on the job each day. We had 3 engineers work on our utility room fit & all 3 (Karl,Mitchell & Aurimas) were friendly, tidy & knowledgable. We had 2nd fix plumbing completed for our sink & tap to be installed, base & wall units with doors & handles fitted, worktop, skirting & plinths fitted. All work done to a very high standard, we’re so happy with the result! THT we’re trustworthy & enjoyable to work with, we will definitely approach them for future work.

I have used Phil about 3 or 4 times now. I have always found him exceptionally prompt, responsive, polite and easy enough to understand. He appears thorough and thinks through all options and potential problems before he actually starts any work. So far I have had no problems with the quality of any of the work. Whilst it has all been fairly small maintenance work rather than big projects, all the things he has done are still in great working order. He remains my 'go to' plumber.

I contacted Phil due to an ongoing issue with our toilet flush and a leaking radiator pipe. He came and checkes out the issues immediately and quoted for the work the same week. Due to covid he was able to do the repairs straight away but he arrived and repaired the issues as soon as he was able. The work was carried out quickly and tidily and the quote price was what we paid. Excellent work and very reliable.

Phil came out to fix my leaky cistern within a couple of hours of contacting him. The job itself didn’t take long and has solved the issue. Phil was polite and friendly. He left the area clean and tidy. I will definitely use Phil again for any future plumbing issues

Living Waters have done several jobs at my house and I would absolutely recommend them. One of those jobs was a particularly tricky boiler fix which ended up taking longer than necessary due to poor support from a manufacturer, however Living Waters did not pass that cost on to me and instead persisted in getting the situation resolved on their own time. Called K A Watts due to an expansion tank constantly running, very quickly arranged for an engineer to contact me. The engineer was happy to video call to diagnose the problem, parts were ordered and within a few days the issue was resolved. Very happy with the works and service they provide.

They came and sorted my workshop sink plumbing, I expected it to take all day it was sorted within 2 hours, no mess or water on the floor. Plumber was a lovley guy very friendly and efficient. Was happy to follow all security/safety measures in place for the workshop. Couldn't recommend enough! Now instead of taking 10 minutes to fill a water bottle it takes 2 seconds and no more stink creeping out of the sink!

Contacted KA Watts who originally installed our boiler and cylinder for a service. Ian serviced our boiler and cylinder, as well as capped off our radiator in a very efficient and timely manner. Nice gentleman; very knowledgeable! The price was affordable and the customer service irreproachable! Could not recommend enough!
