Boiler install with new flue and associated gas and water pipework. Excellent! My old water heater broke down, and Nick fitted me a combination boiler replacement, relocated in the kitchen. I thoroughly recommend Nick for all and any type of plumbing & heating works. He is clearly an expert in his trade with years of experience, which shines through. All the work undertaken was explained and agreed, the standard of work exceptionally high, results are neat and tidy. Nick works efficiently with the minimum of fuss, clearing up behind himself as he goes along. The price charged was fair and reasonable. Makes me look forward to my annual boiler service next year!

Nick was prompt in responding to my email and set up an appointment within a couple of days. He serviced the combi boiler and installed a new thermostat which is working brilliantly, and even bled the radiators. Nick is friendly, professional and honest, and I will certainly be contacting him for future jobs. Update: Nick installed a new boiler listening carefully to the specification and sourcing a well priced boiler. He completed the work promptly and professionally - it was not an easy job as the boiler is in the loft.

RGW have serviced our gas boiler for quite a long time, Also they fitted a new boiler when the old one finally died. They always do a good job. When I thought I could smell gas, Richard was round quickly and sorted the problem out and gave good advice.

Excellent very professional service. We were looking for new plumbers after our previous one retired. We went by the reviews and are glad we chose Gair Gas. We had a new boiler fitted and it all went very well. Both Sams who attended did an excellent job and were very friendly polite and professional. The office staff were also very polite and helpful. As I’m vulnerable the Company very helpfully expedited the works. The added bonus is that they also do electrics etc and we are looking forward to joining the Home Shield cover as it will give us peace of mind.

The engineer arrived on time with a courtesy text advising of expected time. They were respectful of my property and were polite. Able to identify the issue and solve it in a timely manner. I have used their services before, They will continue to be my "go to" I cannot recommend them enough.

I've used Gair a few times and have only good things to say. Every person attending has been polite and professional and gone above and beyond to give me advice about the heating and gas systems in my house. The first visit this year was a routine boiler inspection and service as I wasn't sure if I needed a new boiler (just bought an old house), the engineer advised me that although old, the boiler was in good working order, but he could have easily recommended I get a new one - as a different company had - and I'd have been none the wiser! Plus, he spent extra time investigating where an old gas pipe from a gas fire went which I wanted removed. The second visit was the installation of new radiators across the whole house and a hive heating system. The guys did a great job and left me with a wonderfully heated home! Definitely recommend for honest open advice and professional service.

Prior to the work carried out by your staff, 4 other companies had told me that it was an impossible job. Your staff were clearly passionate about their role & extremely knowledgeable. Its never an easy job having your boiler replaced. Alfords however made it easy and straight forward. From planning the new installation, answering our questions, guiding us through to the right solution and installing the new boiler Alfords provided a fantastic service. The team that did the installation were great. Very tidy and protected carpets and surfaces whilst they worked. They kept us informed of what they were doing and were happy to answer any questions we had. All in all a great service that I would recommend.

Alan recently provided leak detection services for me including invasive access. The team spent a considerable amount of time both on the phone prior to booking and whilst at the property discussing the issue and to establish potential causes before removing floors. The job investigation was completed faster than expected and most importantly my property was treated with absolute respect, to the point where its hard to tell the reinstated floor was even taken up. Alan even reduced the quote to account for the shorter time on site. He also offered advice regarding dealing with insurers before having the job confirmed. Refurbishment of 2 ensuites with new showers, flooring and shower boards fitted. Other work included replacement sink taps, outside tap and new stop cock to replace a leaking one Communication was very good and the en route plumber was notified by txt with real time tracker and arrival time. All waste removed and tidyness was very good including carpet protectors fitted from front door to work site including stairs. Quality of the work was excellent with great attention to detail. Regular vists from Tom to make sure work was on schedule and checking we were happy with the work done. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company...10 out of 10 !!

THT were fab throughout the whole process. A fair quote given for the job, clear & regular comms of when & who will be attending to work on the job each day. We had 3 engineers work on our utility room fit & all 3 (Karl,Mitchell & Aurimas) were friendly, tidy & knowledgable. We had 2nd fix plumbing completed for our sink & tap to be installed, base & wall units with doors & handles fitted, worktop, skirting & plinths fitted. All work done to a very high standard, we’re so happy with the result! THT we’re trustworthy & enjoyable to work with, we will definitely approach them for future work.
