It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me. They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

We’ve used Keith’s services a couple of times now for bathroom jobs. On both occasions he has responded the same day and managed to come and sort the problem immediately with no hassle. His communication is clear and he makes it hassle free when explaining what needs doing to properly fix the issue rather than a quick fix. Very quick to respond, helped me out big time on multiple occasions. Cannot fault the quality of Keith's plumbing skills. We needed some new radiators fitted, with some corrective pipework on a challenging system. Andy undertook the work and identified a new problem with a feeder tank which involved some additional work. Very pleased with the work carried out at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication throughout, very tidy . I can thoroughly recommend Andy.

Andy has been today to fit a new stop tap and relocate it because the very old one was in an awkward place and had siezed. He had to pull the carpet back so he could reach under the floorboards. Andy is reliable, friendly, trustworthy & a very good plumber. He left my room as though he hadn't been there, he put the carpet back and the furniture and even plastered up the hole around the old tap. He always arrives when he says he will and he doesn't rip you off. I'd recommend him to everyone.

Andy was awesome, super friendly, explained all the issues to me and gave me an affordable quote! Andy replaced my stop tap and a leaky tap within a couple of hours, and reassembled all the carpentry housing the stop tap. Would greatly recommend!

On two occasions now Pete has come out to us quickly, done a great job, and been reasonably priced. Obviously hope we don't have too many more plumbing problems but can rest assured that if we have any, Safe Flame will be who we turn to!

I was previously with a different boiler company and had nothing but problems, I messaged Chris 9am and by 7pm he was at mine checking the issues I had, explained to me what was wrong and sent us an estimate to get it all fixed, we booked him the following day and he arrived back a matter of days later where he sorted out our issue and completed our service that needed doing! We can't thank him enough, after a long 4 years with our previous company we are so glad to have moved and found Chris and this company, we most certainly will be recommending others to us MCR Gas!

We really wanted a local company so we got better customer service and definitely weren't disappointed. The lads came to swap our old boiler for a new combi boiler, they were all friendly, really professional and did a fantastic job. New boiler looks great and we have decent heating and water pressure for the first time since we moved in 4 years ago. Hive was fully explained and they even helped us to get a radiator up and working again. Definitely recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks guys

Superb job. Marley did a great job and was patient with my questions etc. Had issue with boiler, MCR Gas came out, said it was unsafe and returned the following week to fit new boiler. Full day job from Marley who was superb all day. Great lad, pleasant and hard working. Was back by 9am the morning after to finish off some pipe work and help with a thermostat issue. Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. I'm more than happy with the service I got. My old boiler had died a death and I had it in my head that I wanted the new boiler relocating from the loft to the bathroom which I thought would be better for us. Russell explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each without pushing me into one decision or another. I opted to keep the location of the boiler in the loft as the information he gave made sense and this is why we should leave it to the pros. Russell got on with the job. Very friendly, Very efficient, he cleaned up after himself and finished the job in good time. I have zero to complain about and I'm really happy with the new boiler and its warranty period. Steve came out very quickly after our bath sprung a leak and was able to complete the work despite our bathroom being designed by an idiot (previous owner) and it being hard to access under the bath! The price was really reasonable and he explained everything he did which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend him and use him again - but hopefully I won't need to. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.
