I'm more than happy with the service I got. My old boiler had died a death and I had it in my head that I wanted the new boiler relocating from the loft to the bathroom which I thought would be better for us. Russell explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each without pushing me into one decision or another. I opted to keep the location of the boiler in the loft as the information he gave made sense and this is why we should leave it to the pros.
Russell got on with the job. Very friendly, Very efficient, he cleaned up after himself and finished the job in good time. I have zero to complain about and I'm really happy with the new boiler and its warranty period. I'm all signed up to the service subscription so I'll never forget my service.

Excellent and very professional service from Russell. Came round to fit combi boiler within a week of the problems with water being raised and took out the old water tank. Rapid response to any queries I had, transparent with issues. Completed the work in a timely manner, very happy with the service. Would highly recommend, thank you!!
