I called heat flow after 7pm and the engineer came with in 30 min to an 1 hour. On arrival he was polite and understanding as I was stressed about my heating all day. The prices where affordable considering the emergency call out quotes I got from other companies. He fixed a leak in my radiator and sensor in my boiler. Now I have heating back on for the winter and cosey nights again. Thank you heat Flow I'll definitely recommend this company.

I can’t recommend Heatflow enough, I have used this company previously. I had an issue with my hot water tank, contacted Heatflow and he gladly visited my flat, even though it was last minute and over a weekend. The problem was professional diagnosed, and temporary fix was put in place with a follow up appointment booked, where the tank was drained and new parts fitted in an effective, respectful way making sure my neighbours were not disrupted. Heatflow followed up the next day to check all was working as it should be. Throughout the whole processed I was informed what was needed, transparent regarding the cost in a very trustworthy manner. I would not hesitate to recommend and use Heatflow again

I had some issue with my bathroom floor. I called Keiran based on recommendation by several of my neighbours. He came very quickly to have a look at the work, helped me understand what what happening and what we needed to do. I chose to tile that room and he was really responsive when I contacted him to ask (even more) question. When he did the work, he was a joy to have around. He even noticed (and fixed) smaller things that could have become bigger issues in the future. Overall, this was a great experience.

Keiran and his crew did a brilliant job with our bathroom renovation. From the quote onwards, Keiran was always very responsive, detailed and professional. I called Bluewater plumbing to look at my boiler as the heating was coming on when the hot water was on, an engineer arrived promptly,Covid safe as well, politely asked if he could enter and went to work to fault find the problem, he did this very quickly and identified what was wrong and tried to fix the issue there and then, he was unable but quickly got on the phone and ordered a replacement part which he picked up and returned to fix the boiler. From start to finish i felt that we were kept informed of our appointment by email/text, they arrived on time, were very clean and tidy and kept me informed what was going on and what was to happen. I would and will use Bluewater plumbing again and would have no hesitation in recommending them, thank you.

Excellent communication ,very clear instructions and quick response times. They even managed to arrange an appointment on the same day. The engineer when arrived was quite professional and explained me what it needs to be done. My setup did not have a radiator valve drain off but the engineer was quite resourceful and managed to drain from the boiler using some tubes instead. I've added them on the phonebook for future use (hopefully I don't have to call them soon :) )

Brother engineer has fixed my Worcester boiler in minutes, he is an absolute star he is so honest, transparent, hardworking his job is so neat and clean too. His charges are transparent and reliable. He is so helpful. My boiler was making crackling sounds shutting down, he came immediately and thoroughly cleaned all the sludge/dirt from all pipes and boiler. My boiler is working perfectly now have access to hot water and heating. He is so helpful and so kind he needed access into my below the sink messy kitchen cupboard he helped himself/cleared the cupboard to gain access, doesn’t want my help made me relaxed. Great job done by Tomas and his mate! We had a very old boiler which needed to be replaced . They were diligent , punctual and worked the entire day to replace the boiler , which was not an easy job considering the appliances and the piping changes that were needed along with it. They did the work fully without any additional help and sent in the additional paperwork over email in a day. With the house being old, Tomas was able to also spot another key fault which could have flooded the house if left unchecked- really appreciate that! Also then being cheerful and no fuss!

Tomas is amazing! After our boiler stopped working following the summer, he recommended installing a digital thermostat, which has made it so much easier for us to control the temperature. He also removed an old radiator and installed a new one in a different part of the room, and it looks great (see photo). Additionally, he added lights and plug sockets in our basement, significantly improving the space. It’s great to find someone in the area you can trust to handle both plumbing and electrical work. I will definitely be using Tomas again in the future and highly recommend him to others!

Tomas provided an excellent service to remove a broken sink and replace it with a new one. The job was complicated and required an additional visit which Tomas was happy to do. He was courteous and cleaned up after himself, taking away the old sink. He also charged a fair price and we are very pleased with the results. Dan was absolutely fantastic! He completely refitted our loft conversion bathroom - stripping out the old one, relaying the floor, redoing the pipes, painting, tiling and fitting all the sanitaryware. He is incredibly thorough with great attention to detail and pride in his work. He kept us informed throughout the process and where a couple of extra jobs were found to be necessary he was happy to build these in, even helping us to find the roofer that we needed. He was really kind, polite and reliable and willing to go the extra distance to get us a bathroom that should hopefully last many many years. I'd highly recommend him.

Bushwood is an incredible company. I have used Aaron and his crew for years for many different projects all around London. They are well versed in many different plumbing situation in service and repair. The one project that sticks out for me is on my moms house. We had a terrible drain clog and Kriss was able to come out and on a emergency call and clear the line with hydro Jett. After they cleared the line he used his sewer camera equipment to check the lines for any issues. Outstanding Job!!! We always recommend Bushwood !!!!!!!!!

This week we had a series of plumbing disasters (water heater replacement, and leak from ceiling). We worked with and talked to many different plumbing companies, but when it came to fixing the leak in our ceiling, Mirca and David, went above and beyond. Mirca came after a restoration company and noticed that they had not done a very good job and had not in fact opened up our ceiling like they said they would. In order to save us money and look out for our babies’ health, he offered to come back after the company corrected their mistake. this plumber will now be our go-to plumbers!
