We had Mo at our place this evening for some repairs & we are very pleased with his service & professionalism! A great guy & a great Job, I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Very very very impressed with the work we had done today ! I called yesterday at 330pm & they were able to book me in for the next day. Our technician, Conrad was amazing ! Went absolutely above & beyond for us ! He was upfront & honest about the work that had to be done. He simplified everything so it was easy to understand. He made it look so much better & adjusted what was needed to make it more efficient. He walked through our house after to check the rest of our plumbing & told us exactly what we needed done. I highly recommend the Gentleman Pros for any plumbing jobs you need done, they were fantastic!

Riley at the Gentlemen Pros Plumbing went above and beyond for us and I really wanted to share this review with everyone. We had our hot water tank leak hot water all over the basement at 11:00 pm on a freezing cold night. Riley stayed with us until 1:30 am in the morning, to ensure everything was fixed. He ran to his van, in the freezing cold numerous times throughout the job, identified the issues, replaced necessary parts, completed full inspection and made sure everything is working well, before leaving our home. It is very rare when I write a review for anyone or anything, but in this case, I really wanted to make sure to share it with the community, so as if you have a plumbing issue on a cold freezing night, do know, you are not alone, help will be on its way! The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing will be there to help, regardless of the time of the day or the temperature outside! Also, at the end of the job Riley spent time cleaning up everything, so it looked great and that’s at 1:30am in the morning!

Mohamed S was our technician, and if possible we will absolutely try and request him again! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude all day! He came out to fix our shower valve installation (originally installed by others) and while he was here, we asked if we could add to his scope of work, which he accepted with a positive attitude. We are very happy with the end product and would highly recommend this company to others!
