What a brilliant service. Phoned Jimmy Friday evening and he came round first thing Saturday morning. Nothing fazed him and he quickly identified the problem and cleared the blocked drain. He carried out CCTV survey and gave me advice of how to maintain the flow and ongoing works required to maintain the pipe work. The weather was awful and he kept going until the problem was sorted. Such a nice guy too. Would thoroughly recommend him. Didn’t charge extortionate price either! Thank you Jimmy 😊

Amazing help with getting the sink unblocked which solved the slow drain problem and now the sink actually drains better than it has before. Super helpful at explaining the problem and how to keep the same issue from occurring again with a reasonable price relative to what I have seen on other companies. Overall would recommend as they arrive quickly after discussing the problem on phone.

I had our only toilet blocked. I called Jimmy late last night who got around within the hour. He identified the issue but rather then try to get the job, he told me that this is something Thames should be able to unblock for free. He did not even charge me for the advice or the late call out. Thames were able to unblock part of the problem but could not completely clear the issue. I called Jimmy back in the morning and he was over with his brother within the hour again to finally resolve the issue at a great price. Thanks!

Contacted Jimmy on Friday night about a blocked drain in my house, he came and sorted it by 10am Saturday morning. Very quick and efficient service. For a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
