Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way. Most recent work was to fix a broken valve and he was over and had the problem fixed in a couple of days.

Lisian is very friendly and professional. I used his service twice . I had a very old boiler and he installed a new combi boiler . I also like very much the smart thermostat he fitted . The second time i called him to replace my bathroom sink and faucet. I would definitely recommend .

Honest, reliable and reasonable price. Highly recommended. Luli solved many issues I have encountered with new plumbing works installed by rough tradesman. He has installed new heaters, fixed leaking, installed new gas/water pipe works/wastes, installed water filters. I have booked him to be back to install the new pipes/worked for my utility room and bathroom renovation. His schedule can be very busy, and difficult to get hold during working hours. However, I can assure you that he is worth the wait.

My disabled cousin had a problem with the shower in his wet room in London. I live in Yorkshire but Reid’s made it easy to fix the problem with their prompt service. Polite and kept me informed as to progress. Excellent service but living in Yorkshire London prices were a challenge.

Jay was able to complete a complicated shower installation, with a pump to increase the pressure and tiling walls in bathroom. He and his colleague Yusuf were excellent in the work and finding ways to deal with issues that came up. When there were any queries after the work was completed, Jay was responsive and helpful. We will be calling him for future plumbing needs.

The guys responded quickly and came out on a weekend with less than 24 hours notice when my options were limited and needed the shower to be repaired. The job contained a stuck pipe however the guys managed to complete it without damaging any tiling as initially thought. Professional, quick and easy. Appreciated for the work.

I was recommended Aren by a friend and was not disappointed. I needed a boiler service and my usual plumber was booked up for months, so contacted Aren and had an informative response within 15 minutes. From that point on communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate me on the day of my choice. Can't speak highly enough of Aren Heating and Plumbing. They are easy to contact, quick fitting you in and the work is excellent. Been using Nick and the team for the last 4 years on my rental properties when I was let down by my previous gas engineer. On this particular job I contacted them late on Saturday (after hours) and they had an engineer out to go a gas safety certificate and a plumbing repair mid morning today. I then received pictures of the job emailed to me with a full report within a hour of it being completed. Excellent work!
