Laurent is amazing! So responsive, friendly and keen to help. I’ve asked him to come and help with a couple of leak issues with my washing machine and he was there in a shot and super helpful and careful to tidy up after himself. He’s also hilarious, highly recommend!

Fantastic services from start to finish. We called Ok Plumbing for the bathroom renevation. Caping a bathroom radiator ,installing basin water pipes and wast pipe inside wall and installing vanity basin for our bathroom. He is so incredibly professional. He work effectively and effeciently. I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

After Pimlico Plumbers incorrectly advised that my boiler was beyond repair and needed a full replacement costing over £11,000, I sought a second opinion: Daniel from Maintracts quickly and accurately identified the real issue—a faulty part that could be easily repaired. The total repair cost was only £494, including the new part and labor! Daniel’s professional, prompt and honest assessment not only saved me from the unnecessary and costly replacement suggested by Pimlico Plumbers, but also showcased his exceptional expertise. We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

I called Samuel around noon and he was already at my house in the afternoon. I had a clogged drain and after waiting several days for an appointment with another plumber, he did not show up at the appointed time, and I called Samuel. I had the pleasure to work with Sam and Lloyd on many projects over the years. I can honestly say they are the best people I ever had the pleasure to deal with. Since the first time I spoke to Sam, he put my mind at ease straight away, showing knowledge and already giving me an idea of the possible causes to the plumbing issue I had. Lloyd knows his stuff about plumbing and heating and he’s one of the few people left in London who can get your Aga or Rayburn up and running again. Is rare to find professionals with such knowledge and understating of your system and appliances and I will definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing, heating or any general building work carried out. We just used Staunch & Flow for a second time. This time for a boiler service. I was pleased that the engineer they sent was Fergus who had come on the previous visit and was exceptionally polite, friendly and efficient as was the apprentice he brought with him. Fergus arrived on time and got straight to work, explaining what he was doing and seemed very conscientious. Choosing a plumber or gas engineer can be a minefiled but I don’t hesitate to recommend this small company.

Staunch and Flow provided a top notch, professional service. They responded quickly when I contacted them, confirmed the appointment and then handled the call/repair with great competence and knowledge. Lloyd was friendly, explained the problem clearly and had a pragmatic and helpful solution. I had a problem with my 6x4 Aga and he was completely familiar with the model and his diagnosis was swift and accurate. I could not have asked for a more helpful technician. In past, Staunch and Flow has also helped with a leaking radiator, installing a gas line and repairing the waste disposal. They have been consistently polite, efficient and reliable.
