Very happy with the service I received from Reliant. Faris was a nice guy and a great engineer, not only did he fix my boiler he also gave me some advice after I had been scammed by a different company who put a lot of pressure on to upsell me a new boiler. He assured me that my boiler was in good condition and did not need to be replaced so he saved me a considerable amount of money. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reliant - friendly, efficient and honest service. 10/10!

Excellent engineers. Have used for more than 10 years and would not go anywhere else. Fixed a leaking boiler in my rental property quickly and efficiently. Managed my tenants really well and kept me in the loop both with arrival times and what the problem was. These are people you can trust to do a good job.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from the Reliant team. My boiler broke over Christmas and reliant were recommended to me and they didn’t disappoint. Ricky was round quickly to diagnose, and was reluctant to tell me all of the problems there were with my very old boiler. I decided to replace it and again received fab service from Dennis. They responded quickly, have done great work, were clean and tidy despite having to move multiple appliances to reach the boiler, took their time to show me how to use it and even took care around my pet! All of this for an incredibly reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back for any issues I have in the future and would recommend to everyone.

I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

I’ve used MML plumbing for leak detection and plumbing work and I’d highly recommend them. Levi is very knowledgable and was easily able to find the leak and fix it. I had the most amazing experience with MML Plumbing! I was dealing with a persistent internal leak from the ceiling that had me stressed out. I had called several plumbers before, but all they wanted to do was cut into my ceiling, which I wanted to avoid if possible. MML Plumbing was different—they were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough in diagnosing and fixing the tricky leak issue in my living room. They used advanced, non-destructive tools like thermal imaging and acoustic devices to pinpoint the problem accurately. This approach not only saved my ceiling from further damage but also gave me peace of mind knowing they were using the latest technology to find the leak. Levy, the heating engineer who came out, was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in plain language, which I really appreciated. After identifying the source of the leak, they were able to fix it the very next day. The detailed report they provided has been invaluable in my process of reclaiming the costs through my home insurance. I honestly cant praise the team at smart home rescue highly enough. They pulled out all the stops to replace the boiler and mixer tap at my rental property. After two British Gas engineers had failed to diagnose the problem that was causing my boiler to fail to start, I contacted Mathew at Master Plumbing Service following a personal recommendation. He fitted me in within a couple of days and immediately diagnosed the problem (a failing pump). Mathew was very obviously an experienced and very well trained CH engineer and I will certainly use him again for both routine services and any problems that may occur.

We called Matt out for an emergency as a hot water pipe joint had popped off and flooded our hallway and kitchen. He was with us quickly, and was calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He quickly identified the issue with minimal additional damage to the property and had us back up and running in 90 minutes. He was exactly what we needed in that moment, and provided a full report early the next day that helped with our insurers. Massive 5 stars.

Had a whole new system installed, new boiler, new radiators and a reworking of most of the pipework as also wanted the boiler moved to a more convenient place. Matthew and his team worked tirelessly and figured out all the complications with upgrading my decades old system. I now have a much better water flow and toasty home ready for the winter. Completed quickly and efficiently and very friendly and professional guy, did a lot of prep work with me before it started and I would highly recommend him for your project or repair.

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

We enquired by email about our faulty thermostat and followed up with a phone call. Gabriel explained over the phone what the issue was, and what our options were.
