Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time than anticipated and that saved me money off the original quote. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!!

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Had a blocked drain in our house and we had Donald and Jack P come out to us. It involved a lot of investigation and searching for the appropriate inspection chamber which ended up being located on a neighbours property. Eventually found the problem and quickly resolved. Can't recommend these guys enough and for any future work (hopefully won't be needed!) I will be requesting for them specifically.

Guys (jack and Donald) were very accommodating and helpful in a survey and remedial works on our commercial project, prompt, and very proficient at their trades.

I was given a Time slot in a very short notice and very fast availability. I was very lucky to have been put in contact with Chris (I live in Maida Vale) who called to make sure I was at home. Also, he took the time to explain me few details and I really appreciate that, considering that you pay a certain price but he delivered an excellent service, exceeding my expectations. He was able to understand a problem that was hidden and not very much visible. He was very honest, in a sense that he delivered a report without pushing for an option or another, but simply explained the situation and what should be actioned. Thanks a lot

Same day response when my boiler broke on the coldest day of the year. A nice chap called Leand arrived and fixed it quickly as well as giving me some good longer-term advice on boiler maintenance. Pimlico is not a cheap option but the response time and quality of the service was definitely worth it for me
