Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Had a leak for about a week which damaged my walls, had called out few plumbers but could not sort out the leak and the main cause of it. After I was recommended by a friend JA plumbing the plumber came and within 10minutes he established where the leak was and straight away he started on the work. Not only he fixed the issue also recommended me to change the piping which was probably so old which I got him to carry out. It’s been a month now no leak what so ever, I am relieved to have had this plumber from JA plumbing and would recommend him to anyone. reliable guy and very thoughtful and respectful of my property, he cleaned up everything and left the place looking like it’s never been worked on. The service provided was incredible. I had heard about them from an acquaintance some time prior, so when I encountered an issue with my water temperature I called them immediately. We were able to schedule their intervention with no problems, and they were very punctual. My issue was resolved fast and efficiently, everything works even better than before ! The plumber was also very friendly. 10/10, would definitely call them again.

Our boiler stopped working one evening in Feb which meant no hot water or heating... Turns out that it was installed in a very inexperienced / nonsensical way leading to several problems ... Ash was thankfully able to fix it, which involved a lot of calls to both the manufacturers and installation company - he even knocked off some of the price because of how long the calls / confusion added to the job. Washer dryer was full of water and sink was not draining properly. I called at 8.30am. At 1030am Chris arrived and by noon the job was done perfectly. Ash called to collect payment over the phone and invoice was sent to my email. Fast, profess, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

DP Plumbing offers an efficient, polite and affordable service. We called Damian on a Sunday about a fairly urgent issue and he was able to offer us a time the next morning. We explained that we were speaking to a few tradespeople and he was understanding and said we could confirm our booking later in the day. Damian was very kind, friendly and easy to communicate with, he responded fast to texts and calls. He was flexible about timings, for example we weren’t quite ready when he arrived, and he was willing to work around unavoidable meetings I had that day. Damian also called to offer us an earlier time which I appreciated though wasn’t able to accept. Prior to the visit I suggested what I thought needed to be replaced and he brought the part with him. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained to me what was going on and repaired the fault within an hour. Damian himself checked that the issue had been completely fixed. His pricing was very fair and good value and he sent an itemised invoice. We had a great experience with DP Plumbing and would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

After Pimlico Plumbers incorrectly advised that my boiler was beyond repair and needed a full replacement costing over £11,000, I sought a second opinion: Daniel from Maintracts quickly and accurately identified the real issue—a faulty part that could be easily repaired. The total repair cost was only £494, including the new part and labor! I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back. He came promptly, fixed the issue, and kindly showed us an additional tap we can use to top up the pressure if the problem recurs.

Nathan was amazing, he came out on very short notice to fix an emergency boiler issue we had experienced. He was so helpful, ran through safety checks with us and explained all aspects of his work super clearly to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He was super friendly and approachable, could not recommend more if you need any boiler work done.

Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left.
