Baiju is very professional and trustworthy. I had an old boiler and was facing issues in heating . Couple of people from Checkatrade came to diagnose but I was very unhappy on how they try to solve the problem . All they did was just asking some questions and suggested to replace almost everything . Later I came across Baiju and the way he deals with diagnosing the problem is completely different from others. He made sure to spend time and understand the entire heating system in our house ( since we had a complex setup at different floors) and then came up with multiple suggestions . Once I decided to change the boiler, he diagnosed the entire system to make sure that it will fix all the problems I am facing. Only after he is confident in his diagnosis he went ahead and changed the boiler . Even during boiler replacement he spend enough time , fixing the issues he faced and I haven’t faced any issue post that. Thanks for your great work !

Had a boiler issue last night and in panic situation we were lucky to come across BAAP Gas & Heating which came up on Google search. Called at 10:00am on a weekend having spoken to Baiju who was so helpful over the phone itself and then turned up at our home to fixed all the issues and also helped us with some other issues which we were not aware of all this while. He was very helpful and reasonable with charges not taking the advantage of the situation. I highly recommend BAAP when you have any issues with Gas and Heating.

By chance we mentioned our issue on one floor that hadn’t been fixed for 1.5years, despite several visits from other engineers. Nick and Sam from PHD were super helpful with fixing my booster shower pump. It had become complicated due to challenging underlying plumbing and Nick was very patient and persistent in checking out everything and getting the work done in one visit. Since it was close to holidays, if it wasn't fixed, would have had very low pressure in the shower for weeks, so glad he made it happen! Sam , from the office , was also very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the booking process, and moved up my appointment as soon as she had an opening. Overall very positive experience.

Delightful, thoughtful and extremely professional service was provided during an annual boiler inspection in December 2023. We raised a number of issues (based on lack of knowledge and understanding on our part) with the engineer. From the moment I called, Hristiyan answered the phone promptly and professionally and in a little over an hour Hristiyan showed up and spent 3 hours cleaning out the clog in our old commercial plumbing. They did it after hours so it didn't disrupt our business. They left the facility so clean you wouldn't even know there was a problem 4+ hours ago. Thanks again guys.

Old boiler installation was a poor job left the boiler blocked, causing serious internal damage as shown in the pictures. It had to be replaced which they installed and done a great job which can be seen.

I can’t recommend Idris enough. He was exceptional in coming up with an excellent solution for a complex issue we had with a gas cooker. He was responsive, helpful, genuine and honest and we were delighted with his work and service. 5 stars from me

J&L plumbers recently replaced the boiler and water softener at my home. They came promptly to inspect and gave reasonable quote. On the day, They came right on time and completed the job on the same day. They cleaned the area afterwards. They were very polite and did the work wholeheartedly. I will definitely call them again when required and will have no hesitation to recommend them to friends and family.

Had a leaking toilet inlet pipe and the guys came quickly and fixed the issue. More recently they came to remove rads during a house renovation. Came when requested and then came at various times to fit post decoration. Also fitted a new rad as the old one was beyond salvation. Kept returning to address valve issues and replaced them to ensure a sealed system.

Mustafa is a good Gas Safe Engineer. He made repairs to our central heating system and rectified the issue effectively. He was punctual and reliable while being reasonable .I would highly recommend his services.

Earlier in the year I was planning a refit of my bathroom to make it more suitable for our changing lifestyle (age). I approached a local bathroom shop to select and purchase new shower cubicle, electronic shower, panel for wall where old cast iron bath stood and other items and was met with a null response and lack of interest in serving or selling me the above items. I then made my way down the road to Europlumbing and met Yatin where I was met with a totally different attitude to serving me and we discussed my wish list. Very helpful advice was given, and a very reasonable quote was accepted by me and the order placed. Delivery dates were agreed subject to suppliers. There were problems with items arriving to the shop damaged or incorrect items supplied not Europlumong faults but manufacturers . All these problems were dealt with very well by Yatin even at one point offering money back for a damaged item from his own account when it was totally the suppliers fault. In the end all items were delivered to my house (even carried to the first floor for me). I cannot praise Yatin and his team for above the extraordinary service and assistance and would heartily recommend Yatin at Europlumbing to anybody looking for reliable and skilled service. Very impressed with these guys. We had 2 other plumbers from different companies come round to unblock the sewage pipes and the issue kept happening. When I contacted Paul he came over within an hour of calling and did a thorough job using the correct equipment to remove the blockages and completely clear the pipes. Came in on the off chance looking for an 8mm compression elbow and a coil of 8mm pipe as was struggling to get hold of them. Met with the BM Andy, had what I needed and more. Really helpful, knew his stuff as well which can be rare these days!! Will defo be using now as a local merchant to me, 5/5 would recommend.
