Kevin is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, Kevin inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. I would highly recommend Kevin- he is very reliable.

Today Kevin helped out with my old boiler. I recognised his commitment to the problem and am very grateful. I do shift work and he was able to fit in with the situation. Very pleased with his attitude and felt fortunate to have his assistance at short notice!

Kevin has undertaken a huge job, sorting out the four boilers, radiators in three floors, toilets and showers in the large house, in west London, we have recently moved into. The project took many weeks, but in all that time we have never been anything but impressed with Kevin's professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and knowledge. He is always prepared to go that extra distance to get a job done, and was just so helpful, attending to a whole range of additional fiddly tasks that saved us the bother of getting other specialists in - and always taking time to clean up at the end of the day.
