Mike and his team were amazing from start to finish. Mike was very quick to answer our enquiry, came and provided a quote for the work and was excellent in his communication in terms of start date, how long the work would take etc. The final price was the same as the quote and Mike was extremely flexible in terms of what we ordered, where from etc. No pressure at all. They completely gutted our existing bathroom, helped with sourcing and installing a new wet-room style shower with new units and tiling. Nothing was too much hassle and they kept us informed at every stage, asking for our opinion and being guided by our style. We would not hesitate to use Mike and his team again and the pictures really show how excellent their work is!!

This company are literally life savers! We had another installer originally, who took 8 weeks to complete half a bathroom (I know, right?!). At the end of my tether and incredibly upset by the experience to date, I contacted Mike at Bathroom Goals and, amazingly, he agreed to complete the bathroom (although he said he doesn’t like to complete others work, understandably). He arrived as arranged, with two others, and they were so fast and efficient that they completed the work within two days - and it was magnificent! Honest, reliable and reasonable price. Highly recommended. Luli solved many issues I have encountered with new plumbing works installed by rough tradesman. He has installed new heaters, fixed leaking, installed new gas/water pipe works/wastes, installed water filters. I have booked him to be back to install the new pipes/worked for my utility room and bathroom renovation. His schedule can be very busy, and difficult to get hold during working hours. However, I can assure you that he is worth the wait.

Lisian is very friendly and professional. I used his service twice . I had a very old boiler and he installed a new combi boiler . I also like very much the smart thermostat he fitted . The second time i called him to replace my bathroom sink and faucet. I would definitely recommend .

5 stars to James at Hendon and Hampstead Plumbing! I had a heating system flush + connection of a new radiator. The works were priced fairly, but the stand out was the service provided by James. It is rare to find a tradesman who visibly and genuinely cares about his work and getting the best outcome. He was on time, knowledgeable, and left the kitchen spotless after he finished, and he disposed of the rubbish himself.

We were really impressed with James and have already used him on other jobs. Knows his stuff, polite and when faced with unexpected issues presented solutions rather than problems. Reliable and left the room spotless after each visit. Would definitely recommend.

Sandip has been exceptional - it's not often you get honest, transparent and competitive tradesmen, but sandip ticks all boxes. He lead all plumbing and heating works throughout my newbuild project and separately a full renovation. He found unique solutions and always found ways to give us what we wanted without compromise. However he was firm enough to advise us what was not a good idea, really demonstrating his clear communication. Sandip has gone well above and beyond in sharing tips to ensure all plumbing works and 2nd fixtures are of the highest quality giving us the peace of mind that our showers, bathrooms, toilets and underfloor heating is fit for a very very long time. We are particularly happy about his recommendation about the under floor heating system which has been a treat this winter, and his recommendation on water softners brands and hot water taps, sourcing great deals for us. He has always followed up on any questions we have had from our completion 6 months ago and honestly couldn't recommend him and his works competitively enough! Sundip has recently worked on replacing the water and drainage system for our house extension including replacing the boiler, installing the megaflow, the underfloor heating and bathroom fixtures. Very professional service from start to finish. Even after the work has been completed, he has been very approachable and fixed any minor issues that have arisen in a timely manner. Great service. I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

Brilliant service. Replaced a gas hob with an induction hob and needed to trim the counter more - no problem. Fitted TRVs to two radiators, serviced the combi and filter. Really could not be happier. Top bloke too.

Barnaby and his team were fantastic with our kitchen renovation. The result is amazing, they left the place spotless and also did other related work without charging us so that the end result is what we had in mind. They are also connected with a number of suppliers including the one we wanted from the start and liaised with them directly. Communication was also very good with very detailed updates and pricing was very reasonable and certainly worth it.

These guys have been so incredibly helpful. I'd been having a lot of trouble with my boiler and they have given me really good, sound advice and help. In the end I needed to replace it and it was not an easy one to replace, but they did it so promptly and were in general lovely have around.
