Glenn was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He is clearly very experienced. We had a pipe that was leaking slightly and we wanted to get it fixed before replacing our floor. He answered my call, was able to come the next day (three hours earlier!), quickly identified that we shouldn't have a joint of that type in a floor, soldered us a new middle section of copper piping, drained our system and installed a new drainage valve while he was at it as we didn't have one. He got our radiator to work which we hadn't used for a couple of years. He was just so calm, efficient, nice and polite, he quietly got on with it! And zero mess. He'll be our first port of call now - we're lucky to have him up the road!

Glen was really prompt to visit and quote and was able to complete the urgent works we needed doing. Another firm were unsure about what to do but, he was knowledgeable and able to help. He was friendly, communicated well and left the room tidy afterwards. Would definitely use him again and recommend to friends.
