A plumber was arranged promptly over the phone and the charges were explained clearly. He turned up on time and did a good job (replacing a faulty isolation valve and a section of pipework). Went slightly over the allotted hour but only charged for the hour. I was happy with the service

They had good availability and was able to schedule the emergency job the next day so I was happy to book it in. The job was completed within the scheduled window, there was good communication and updates from the engineer. A top job and top organisation.
