Second time I have used Jafar for a plumbing job. This time it was to replace the boiler. Jafar’s work is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. He does exactly what he says he will and worked his socks off to make sure we had our heating back on ASAP. His pricing is transparent and fair and he is a complete professional. No tooth sucking or head scratching - he just gets on with it.

I urgently needed a boiler and thermostat replacement after my ~15 year old boiler failed during the new year holidays. I'm very happy with the final results. Jafar took real care and pride in his work, which was a pleasure to see.

Jafar answered my call at 7pm on a Sunday in January. We had a boiler fault and the internet was suggesting it could be dangerous. Jafar called back promptly, explained how to reset the boiler and reassured me on danger. He was very honest in informing me that we could wait and see for no charge and saved me his £180 emergency call out rate. I was very grateful and I highly recommend. I hope to give him some actual paid work soon!
